Good point. However the recordings overlap themselves pretty quickly I believe..

Ya I'm curious too. They almost had a year to dispose of evidence so let's see. Knowing them they disposed of nothing. We know MS' iPad or LB' Ipad rather they kept..with the rap video neverless lol...DM's thrifty ways probably made him keep her luggage too.. i don't expect any surveillance to be evidence (long recorded over) probably some dna of hers from the farm? And the house? Probably the texts too...those will for sure will be damming..i wanna know more about CN's involvement. I feel she got off too easily..

Thanks. This matches what I heard from the reporter coverage on video somewhere. Smich was at the Hangar in the photos with the eliminator. Makes sense since Bosma was incinerated at the hangar. So who all knew?

Man it must have been so much easier to murder without these pesky rat cell phones. I wonder if OJ would still get off if he had a 2017 cell phone..

They usually do. After the TB trial I installed one that has two cameras. One that records the driveway and the street, sort of like what we saw of DM pulling the trailer to Rabbit's house. Anyway, I have a 250 gig drive for recording, and I will get roughly 14 days of recording on two cameras before writing over the old stuff.

PS. So far I have only had one bear walking by at night, and it helped find my car keys when packing the vehicle one time.

Now we will hear what the police have with their investigation. When that is done, the Crown will be done correct? Then it will be the defendants chance to defend themselves. The Tim Bosma trial it went very slow so much evidence. this case should be over quicker.

Presumably if it was sent to CN, or anyone else, it would have been found on DM's phone during the investigation. TBH it wouldn't surprise me if he did send it to her..

I have been in a few civil cases and I learned from them that the other side will say anything and will discredit you as much as they can. Blatant lies etc. First civil case I was crushed by the lies but then I realized that is what the other side does.

“Seems Dell has lost the receipt for the $5,000 visa transaction” that was a down payment on the incinerator. Could Penner furnish a copy, he asked.

He added that the incinerator was “working great now. Sounds awesome when the afterburner kicks on!!”

Millards ineptitude coming through. I detect a bit of frustration. Is it due to the way he phrased his questions that he questions weren't answered or that he was asking questions that the witness couldn't answer? This is just the start. If he can't manage to have his Qs answered on cell tower pings, how well is he going to fair in the heavier tech and forensic data? Or, perhaps, he's gained some sympathy with the jury? We all have questions we want answered....
