MS wins the award for being the dumbest murderer in the history of Canada. TO actually big the property of someone you are being charged with their murder back to your bedroom. Holy ****. I think he sealed his fate for sure, looks like definitely a double M1 for MS, if that is true he will die in prison. There were gasps in the courtroom when suitcase was shown. Now we know why DM was fixated on the suitcase, he knew it was part of the evidence. I am stunned.

Im assuming the only explanation could be that the original warrant was only to confiscate electronic devices? If not, those cops are as dumb as the criminals they are investigating.

I am stunned at their stupidity too.... DM had nitrile gloves with TB DNA, and truck key on his own key ring when arrested....

Makes me wonder if Smich had LBs bag with him when he was arrested for spraying that bridge? Not sure when that was?

Is it not possible that at the time of the first search, that red bag was not there? Could've been still at DM's residence and taken by MS later as a re-cycled use for his graffiti escapades?

They must have thought they would never get caught. They got away with Laura s death for a long time and they knew that many knew about her lifestyle so her disappearance would not cause a lot of concern. SMH.
