We heard about this last time too. It's a way of evidencing the room was his and, therefore, the other contents belonged to him too and not, say, his sister or mother.

I know. I made a joke that that bum was actually looking for work

So then what did he "tag"?

A "tag" is like a signature.....

From Wikepedia....

Some of the most common styles of graffiti have their own names. A tag is the most basic writing of an artist's name; it is simply a handstyle. A graffiti writer's tag is his or her personalized signature.

ETA - Kamille was all over this.....

Both photos were taken with DMs device? I didnt realize that. Hmm, a way of securing MS won't snitch? I.e. I have incrimenting pictures of you.

As if MS didn't incriminate himself by keeping the bag and iPad.

I thought the images were on the ipad?

Wonder if they have phones pinging of DM and MS, as they drove her body from the farm to the hangar.

Doesn't necessarily mean its the same bag.

Honestly he probably kept it because it was Roots, and probably nice and he wanted it. Dumb doesnt even being to describe.

That can be easily confirmed, just ask Artour's mom. :notgood:

If they are that ahead of schedule and they've barely done 3 hours a day, someone better look into how they calculate court time. This courtroom appears to be booked for 7 hours a day for 2 months. Think of all the cases that aren't getting heard because of it. And how many will get thrown out? :notgood:

Would there even be a way of proving what day the "transport" happened? If they made more than one farm-to-hangar trip between the 4th and 23rd(?) then there would be multiple periods of pinging?

MS "composed" his RAP lyrics about the mission on it.

This was not Laura's Ipad and she had only been in possession of it for about a week. She likely didn't use it for much of anything other than to access the internet when she was somewhere with free wi-fi. MOO

True, you are right, but with the volume of texts and phone calls on any given day, there could still be lots of facebook chats, msm messenger and maybe other messenger service chats, which could all lead up to what her plans were, etc in the week before her murder.

The fact that they're so careless either means they are in fact extremely stupid or they've done it before and thought were invincible. Or both. I'd go with both

Didn't MM whine that DM promised the iPad to her? Yet it was converted to MS before 11:00 am the next day. Was she there then?
They remind me of a pack of wild animals ravaging the spoils after a kill.

The way that I understood the testimony in regard to the ipad being called 'MS's ipad'... was that the ipad was backed up to a computer hard drive which was found inside DM's residence, where the backup file was called 'MS's ipad'.. I wasn't getting that the ipad itself had changed its name. I can't find where I read that from now though!

OT

My company has a small claims court case coming up in December. It's all about $11,000.00. The Judge booked 3 days to hear this case. WTH? I don't even know how it could last more than 1 hour. It's so straightforward and basic. I was shocked. 3 days to hear a small claims case? What is wrong with this picture.

I bet they expected the defence to spend more time on the witnesses.
