I gathered that too. Hope they come back to that, seems an odd detail to mention but not delve into a little more.

My take is that they are kind of glossing over all of these text conversations, because the real dirt is yet to come. This is all setting the stage, so to speak.

Yes but that's why he had to go with that angle in the TB trial. He knew these texts existed. If he tried to pass it off as a garbage incinerator only, they'd bring in these texts. I can't remember but I think only a couple of witnesses suggested they were told it was for garbage right? His attorney suggested it was for the pet cremation business with his uncle? So the texts didn't come in?

You have it backwards. The crown presents a case and the defence comes up with a defence based on the crowns case (and their clients version) -not the other way around.

This seems to be a common theme. He feels like crap everytime something big is happening?
IIRC he felt like crap for the test drive with Igor and was it when they went to TB house?
I'm not positive on that but I remember a conversation with AM and DM about MS being sick.
