Is the "35" referenced in other texts a gun? There are texts about that Isho and (having 35 stuff already) on August 20th. Then early September MS recorded the video of the LB lyrics and then DM wants to move the incinerator to the barn.

That is on a PC, on the Steam platform. I saw at least 3 XBox 360's in the pictures of DMs house. Wars may refer to HALO Wars, played on XBox. MOO.

Next photo shows #Smich, in the dark, holding something tall (like a trident maybe?) and standing in front of the trailered eliminator. Wearing same basketball clothes he was wearing to cut steel. Taken July 23 11:14pm at the Waterloo airport hangar.

AN AHA MOMENT!

At the TB trial the crown brought up this "stick or rake" and Dungey went nuts. The Jury was sent out and we never heard another word about it.

I suspected he stoked the fire with something for TB and he may have, but it's these pictures that the crown was thinking of when it was brought up.

they were known to be pretty active on STEAM during the time so likely the reference was something related to these games. It likely doesn't matter much which games but online battle related games.

Yes that's correct, they also often played games on PC over LAN too. Could be either.

I never had the feeling that SS would have needed to be talked into anything.. got the impression he was 'in the know', able to be trusted with DM's confidences, etc. Remember all the secrecy surrounding TB's truck, and when his FIL was asking questions? Also, I recall when he said 'even me?' when asked to stay away from the hangar the day after TB was murdered. SS was a wealth of knowledge, and DM's right hand man as far as prepping his tools.. too bad there's not a charge for that. I wonder if his self conscience has got him at all yet, since the last time he took the stand? jmo.

Well, I see guilty and guilty.

I think clarification is required regarding where MS was the night of the 3rd. Was he, or was he NOT at Maplegate?

So far I see MS involved in planning, helping DM get the gun and definitely disposal. If he was truly at Maplegate that night, and it appears the Crown is saying that, then he is in it up to his eyeballs.

DM is all over this thing.

His cross of Falconer should be interesting.
