But "likelhood" is on the side of it being a human bone. Too many things were happening that indicate it was not a deer. Just ask the locals how many times they find "another" dead deer on their farm. MOO

Thats what I mean, we all know it wasn't a deer. So does the jury. But they couldn't see that picture without an expert to testify to what it is, so they found someone to do it. Its not good science though, thats all Im saying.

Does anyone else think that the idea of MS and MM "taking a bath together" is really odd? Especially in the middle of the afternoon? A dip in a hot tub or pool sure...but a bath? Is it possible that this is code for something else?

Not at all. Young lovers and all that.

I'm picturing them jammed together in a regular sized bathtub, lol. Do we know if DM had a jacuzzi sized bath in the house?

I believe there was a large corner tub. In the basement maybe?

I'm not sold on a gun being used. I'm leaning towards Millard using his bare hands for this one.

Would explain the lack of blood, but makes the mattress swap a mystery. Something ruined the mattress.

First, there is no evidence she was there on the night of the 3rd. Only mention of her is on the 4th when Millard asks Smich he wants alcohol for him and MM. Possibly MM showed up on the 4th? And don't be so quick to write off her involvement. Smich had no problem bringing her to the bbq, just didn't want to be seen loading the body. She did hear the rap lyrics, she accepted the iPad, and was later likely well aware of LBs disappearance. And lets not forget about her begging Smich not to go on the TB mission. She knew a lot more than you are giving her credit for.

IIRC, MS sent her out of the garage when he confided that the lyrics were true.

I personally believe that she, and the other people around DM (except maybe iisho) didn't really 'know', in the sense of envisioning him/MS physically murdering people, driving bodies around, putting them in incinerators, etc. I think they knew there was stuff going on that they shouldn't ask questions about, or talk about with others. They might have had vague ideas that he knew people who would do bad things, like he intimated with Shawn Lerner. But I think they were happy to remain ignorant and enjoy the perks of being associated with him, without troubling their conscience by thinking too much.

The image wasn't detailed enough to make such fine measurements. Its like if a cop were to give you a ticket for going 5km over the limit when the radar gun has a +/- variance of 5km. In this case we are averaging LBs bone size, we are averaging the size of a deers bones, and there is admittedly a possible error factor in the grid itself. So to make determinations based on a couple of millimetres is bad science.

The look of the bones themselves, tells a lot though too.

Voiding the bladder at time of death is quite common.

Re the bath...it sounded like Smich just got up. Shower or bath typically part of starting your day, so it’s probably just what it sounds like. They took a bath.

Any chance DM tried to burn LB's body in the homemade incinerator and they found DNA there?

ETA.....likely wishful thinking....

You are mistaken then. These people suspected Millard right from the get go. AM's text "What'd you do" is very telling. She never shows up again, then DM steals the same truck that TB owned the day he disappears? Did any of them call the cops? No way. They all knew something IMO.

An overdose could cause vomiting. I think I has to be considered that her death was possibly unplanned and Millard just scrambled to hide it rather than face all the fallout.

Not a chance. If there was any chance of that "rocket" working, he wouldn't have blown $15k on the eliminator. The texts between him and SS show that he was waiting until it was ready.

Nope! He planned to use the Eliminator for his murders. Too much chatter around guns, ammos, taking it to the next level, getting LB out of their lives. M1 it is! MOO

Why'd he buy the Eliminator then and Why was he in such a hurry for it?

Try it, nothing like a little 'afternoon delight'.

Could be as simple as he didn't want to sleep on it, after what had happened. Might remind him of what he did, when he was lying on it.

We're starting with Sept 9-12, 2013, when she was conducting a search warrant of Millard's farm, where the Eliminator was found.
by Adam Carter 4:23 PM

We're now seeing photos taken at Millard's farm. The first one is from the roadway, looking at the barn on the property.
by Adam Carter 4:28 PM

Seeing another photo now of the left side of the barn, with a brown metal sliding door and discarded hay. We've seen these before.
by Adam Carter 4:29 PM

Now seeing a photo of the rusty dumpster bin seen outside the farm.
by Adam Carter 4:30 PM

We're seeing an upside down metal drum with holes drilled into it an feet welded to it to stand it up.
by Adam Carter 4:32 PM

That barrel was seized by police, Haley says.
by Adam Carter 4:33 PM

We're now seeing photos from inside the barn, were there's a bunch of metal drums.
by Adam Carter 4:35 PM

Now we're seeing a shot of what looks like two metal drums welded together, with a third one wrapped around the bottom portion.
by Adam Carter 4:37 PM

Now seeing another shot of the welded together barrels, with a blue barrel cut open and covering the bottom of the thing.
by Adam Carter 4:38 PM

Haley says it appears to have a handle welded on it, which you'd use to drop it onto the barrel with the feet welded to it found outside the barn.
by Adam Carter 4:39 PM

Haley says this was all seized by police.
by Adam Carter 4:40 PM

Crown asks if there was hydro or power running at the barn, the officer says no, they had to use generators.
by Adam Carter 4:41 PM

But that suggests he had a conscience!
