We need to find out what this shirt is all about. Is it a promotional shirt, is it a shirt from a sports team. We need to identify the shirt and then find out everything else we can about the shirt.

I have put this image into the Google search engine but nothing comes up. Could it be possible that this person of interest in the video has had the t-shirt customised? If so, maybe the police can do a search of businesses that offer t-shirt printing and logos etc in the area?

My guess and IMO, they have a perp and evidence from that perp; and are looking for where the original perp and victim originated from so they can contact LE there and turn it over to them to ID the victim, make sure victim is okay, and perp is caught. JUST ALL IMO ONLY.

After looking at ~1million shirts from this chapter young brand I've noticed a lot of common phrases - scoons, "C.I.C", cool beach, ignition, "WAP". I know that these shirts aren't related to actual places or anything, just writing for the shirts, but do any of these phrases mean anything to anyone? Might edit to add more I find

Article posted upthread about investor troubles due to child labor law violations at a factory in Myanmar. Sorry, can't remember who to give props to. But this makes sense to me now. Obviously, those t-shirts were in that factory. Myanmar (Burma) borders Thailand. This making sense to anyone else here? To me, Thailand is the capital of only one thing. ALL JUST IMO ONLY. Since we all really don't know what this case is about, LE Can take this for what it's worth.
