Chapter Young must be a European clothing line like Aeropostale is to the USA?
I couldn't find much info on it, mostly just stuff on eBay

Yes I just googled it and a few German websites that sell kids clothes of this brand came up. Looks like a low budget clothing label for children.

Here's a close up picture of the brand name. I'm finding resale clothing for them but nothing on the brand.

probably like how Old Navy is to the US. Old Navy prints shirts like this.

I haven't found a website for Chapter Young, maybe out of business?

The brand owner is German, I think.

Fashion - TAKKO Corporate

Oh perfect. Makes sense now. I found the Chapter brand but this confirms that there is a Chapter Young brand for boys.

Chapter: Our range for the trendy man
Chapter Young: Streetwear looks for boys between the ages of 8 and 15

Google Image search of "Chapter Young" brings up many different sites in Europe that sell clothes for teenagers.

this is helpful. so the shirt is most likely worn by a boy between those ages

According to TAKKO Corporate, they didn't begin selling online until 2016.

Interesting. So Red Hill Brewing Co has a beer called Homewood Hefe. If the bottom word is Scooner it makes sense that this shirt could have something to do with this brewery. In Australia, a Scooner is the name for a particular glass size, used for any type of beer. Schooner (glass) - Wikipedia

Edited: Darn, I just noticed it's Schooner (the glass) not Scooner

Someone with ties to Europe? Possibly the wearer of the TShirt is from Europe, or has visited Europe. Or someone bought it in Europe and gave it to the person wearing it.

It's also possible someone in the US/outside Europe bought the TShirt online and had it shipped. But I think this would be less likely because of shipping costs.
