LE at Anthony Home on Jan. 16th

You would think GA and CA would want to tell "nothing but the truth" since this case involves the MURDER of their grandchild.
Could the recent visit from the police be in regards to the continual sale of Caylee T-shirts..maybe LE wants an accounting.?
It could be construed as "accepting money under false pretenses"

Maybe LE thought they ought to tell them... "The search is over... Caylee is no longer missing and you can not continue to collect money and profit from her death."

That would certainly explain why Cindy looked so upset...lol.

I wish what you said was right...there is nothing I would like to see happen more in this case than to see the As being stopped from profitting further from Caylee's murder. It bothers me immensely that they are worrying about selling t-shirts when they should be planning a funeral.

I never thought of that, if we are thinking of the same thing...lol. You might be right (assuming we are thinking the same thing). The DNA results should come out this week thx to JB's request and the Sunshine Laws. Could they have gone there to discuss the results? Maybe they found their prints or DNA at the crime scene and are telling them before it hits the press? JB is getting his next doc dump next week (already started with the jail visit video). Hmmm....so many possibilities.

i'm wondering if it has"something" to do with Kc..

Actually they might be advised to keep it quiet. I read that before - people in public life do not publicly acknowledge threats, even though most celebrities do have stalkers, (not that the As are celebrities in any way) but they do not acknowledge threats in public, that encourages people who make threats for attention, and it also shows the that the threat was received and not ignored.

Yes - and BC said he was leaving it up to LE to handle. So I think if this call was about a threat or harrassment, LE probably told them to keep quiet, don't respond, and let them handle it.

They wouldn't? LOL do you have a link to prove that? There is no proof that they wouldn't want it made public.

ITA..everything they have said and done makes it appear IMO that they love every minute of the media...but only if it's on their terms. JMO.

With all the people in Orlando who follow this case as we do, plus those who follow the live scanners in Orlando online, I am sure that if they made a call to LE because of any threat, someone or several would have heard it and it would have been all over the internet within an hour.
I don't think this is because of any threat, at all!

IMO, I don't see threats as garnering sympathy?...but do see the makings of another Lynchmob mentality following the release of the tape. The clip showed them leaving the house, which is when Greta asked Cindy the question.

Why would they be leaving the house......I derived from BC's answer, alluding to hateful people, that it was based on a safety issue for the A's

Where is the clip of them or Cindy leaving the house? The one where she is shown holding a teddy bear? Thanks!

I saw a clip on GVS of CA but IIRC it was an old file clip from before Caylee was actually confirmed as deceased. I didn't think it showed the question being asked, it was not on video -- right? Just a clip of CA.

ROFL bunny! Yes - I would like to see a link that proves you'd be surprised.:eek::eek: LOL

All any of us can have right now are opinions about why LE was at the house. Nobody knows for sure. So at this point...nobody is more right than the next person. I, for one, encourage all free thinking!

They can complain if they want....but I don't think it is illegal to sell the t-shirts. Morally reprehensible yes...but not illegal.

Even more reprehensible than selling them are the people buying them. IMO :furious:

I refused to watch her until this case....I wouldn't want to work with her either! But I think if I had to chose between her and GR, I'd go with her. I think he'd annoy me more. Lol.

Is suicide an option?

Why do they need security at all, unless they go advertise it or sell media rights?? I think they should just have a quiet, private funeral and not sell the rights to it. If it's private, it will be very small. The family has few if any friends, and Caylee was just a tot. I'd say it will just be the As and the KFN bunch.

This funeral is going to be a BIG deal. This will rival some of the most famous funerals in history. The news media will be there, protesters will be there, supporters will be there and just the curious watchers will be there. I have no problem believing they were there to discuss the funeral security. It would explain BC's comment about letting LE handle it.

We're talking about a case where "regular patrol officers" have already been called to task, and we are talking about an extremely high profile case. At this point, I don't think even a peeping tom report could be called in that the big guns would not be called to this house.

I tend to agree that the A's initiated this contact, and it probably has something to do with threats to them of some sort. I still have a nagging feeling in my head, based on a lot of snippets read here and there, but until I see something of a factual basis, I'm going to hope it's just my imagination running wild.

Usually on a few cable channels there are these forensic/cold case/48 hours type programming - quite a few had Dr. Lee as a forensic expert witness - one stuck in my mind, and LE, lawyers, and the interviewer really slammed Dr. Lee - it was a case of the author who murdered his wife, she fell down the stairs, both wives died in that fashion - anyways Dr. Lee was a forensic expert witness for this case and he wanted to show blood splatter evidence - he spit a mouth full of ketchup on a white board to show the jury how blood splatters happen - the courtroom was aghast by the sheer unprofessionalism of Dr. Lee - AND this is not the only trial that he has been slammed about

I do think that Dr. Lee will be a hinder to the defense and a help to the prosection

I have no idea how Dr. Lee keeps getting work. IMO he's not competent.

Pure speculation, but perhaps the Anthonys are pressing charges against Michelle Bart and whoever else is making money from the sale of Tshirts with the picture of a dead innocent child.

Something doesn't ring right about Michelle Bart..... "she'd be talking to Cindy..."

That would be done through their attorney, IMO.

OR New Lightbulbs:waitasec:

Maybe Cindy tried to choke George.

Ok...that was in bad taste. I'll slap myself on the wrist.

:slap::slap:

I don't think CA and GA trust JB as far as they can throw him.

I dunt Knose f deys dat eble to thunk dat out.

IMO, LE couldn't talk to Lee without his attorney present.

You obviously don't read my posts!!

I think that LE may have been there to discuss security for them during Caylee's private funeral..

This would explain CA's mood ,teddy bear, etc.
Anyone?

MOO

I don't mean to sound like I am slighting CA in the least, but does anyone else wonder whether she will carry Caylee's teddy bear with her to court?

If this is the case, and the media was there and agreed to this, it makes me feel almost certain that this was a visit to tell them how they think Caylee died, and what some of the reports are showing. I don't think that the media would give the Anthony's enough respect for anything other than this at this point.

Does anyone know if the Anthony's will be told if Casey's fingerprints were on the duct tape before this goes to court?
