Do LE serve Notices of Foreclosure?

I think this has already been answered, yes they do - usually the sherrifs office will give final notices of forclosure - usually it's 24 hour notice to leave

I haven't followed this thread closely - did anyone find out why LE was at the A's house again? Most interesting - something to do with Lee maybe??? He is living there again

Dr. Lee doesn't perform autopsies...he's not that kind of doctor.

Usually on a few cable channels there are these forensic/cold case/48 hours type programming - quite a few had Dr. Lee as a forensic expert witness - one stuck in my mind, and LE, lawyers, and the interviewer really slammed Dr. Lee - it was a case of the author who murdered his wife, she fell down the stairs, both wives died in that fashion - anyways Dr. Lee was a forensic expert witness for this case and he wanted to show blood splatter evidence - he spit a mouth full of ketchup on a white board to show the jury how blood splatters happen - the courtroom was aghast by the sheer unprofessionalism of Dr. Lee - AND this is not the only trial that he has been slammed about

I do think that Dr. Lee will be a hinder to the defense and a help to the prosection

You don't think GA finally figured out he had a set and attempted to call a shot? That house has to be a pressure cooker how about a good old domestic dispute?

:woohoo:

I am kinda agreeing with this theory. I noticed that Greta said she saw Cindy and BC talked about Cindy, but I didn't hear mention of George. Could Cindy and George have gotten into an arguement and one wanted the other to leave - the house is in Cindy's name right? Patrol Cars came (more than one just because of where they were called to) and managed to resolve whatever the issue was by Cindy leaving for awhile? If it had been any detective associated with the case, I think that would have been leaked - I think it was a G&A problem.

I wouldn't be surprised at this - could have been an all out fight and Lee called LE - the stress in that household has got to be 2000 degrees of heat, know what I mean?

I would think that there have been arguments of George telling Cindy to get her head out of the sand and Cindy telling George to stop being a pansy

For some reason I do not think Cindy fights fair or nice - she comes off as someone who will be brutal in her arguments and goes for the jugular - and whoever gets caught in the crossfire, it's their fault not hers

Thanks...I had heard about that here, but didn't know the actual circumstances. From what I've recently read, he looks for clues (?).

Dr. Lee has messed up many trials and to me he is a publicity hound - almost like an ambulance chaser - he finds high profile cases and puts himself in the middle - this case no different for any others

For a lawyer like JB who doesn't have cash from his client to get REAL experts he has to take what he can find

Unfortunately I do think Dr. Lee will mess up and his testimony will be glossed over by the jury

 I'm having visions of Cindy's hammer......

Okay, I vote for this one first, since its not about the case (directly).

My second vote is that it is about Lee, altho that would mean Conway was lying.

Just curious...when/where was it established that it was a newly purchased gun? Link?

Don't have the link but it should be about 31/2 weeks into the case LE was called to the house and it was released then that GA had purchsed the gun over the internet and was placed in the back of his car when someone reported it to lE. Normally this would be cause for arrest while having someone on home confinement. Hope I helped a bit!

I think the most likely scenario is, someone called the T-shirt Hotline, got one of the A's, gave them what for, and C called the police. Hence the "people can be so cruel and mean" and "we are going to let the police handle this" from Conway.
Or someone done stole their gas cans...

Could this pertain to the recent publicity of CA's email defending her daughter and "not" inviting that person to the funeral? There were some pretty intense emails IIRC.

You mean the ever reliable "someone hacked into my email account" claim?

I heard BC say it was not involving the case so I don't think it has anything to do with Lee or with the case. It sounds as if it does have to do with threatening messages or something of that nature tho. (I would like to know who was actually at the house. Detectives? Regular Deputies? FBI?)

However, it wouldn't explain why Cindy was upset, but who knows what Cindy was really upset over or if she really was? She couldn't come out and be seen by Greta with a smile on her face...how would that look?!

That is what I am wondering. I'm sure that upset Cindy and maybe she has laid a complaint.

IIRC GVS asked Cindy how she was and Cindy responded "not good". Then BC said something to the effect that people could be cruel. For Cindy to have even responded tells me that it probably doesn't have anything to do with her request for immunity. I thought about the police reports...just don't think it would be posted yet. There should be something here that can be found on a search as previous calls to the police have been posted.

I went back to listen to this interview again, and right after the statement I bolded in your post Greta mentions, the police being there earlier, and questions why. BC states "I don't want to get into that, it's something I want the police to handle today."

I agree...it has nothing to do with the case, or immunity.

I remember actually watching LE come to the house, only to find out later that there was a gun involved. He bought the gun on the internet? Isn't that illegal? I had no idea you could even do that. Thanks for sharing that.

I had heard that question & answer from BC last night, as well as a 2 second shot of Cindy leaving the house carrying, what looked like a teddybear. BC's comment to Greta, about why LE was there, went something like....Alot of people support the Anthonys, but there are some really hateful people out there. To me, it sounded as though the Anthonys called LE, relative to a possible threat, safety issue, or something of that nature.

I said pretty much the same thing last night, I think they are getting threats.

I don't know, maybe they were calling to report that their common sense has been missing for 6 months.
