LE at Anthony Home on Jan. 16th

I don't know, maybe they were calling to report that their common sense has been missing for 6 months.

ROFL!!!!!! That was the best post I've read today! :woohoo:

Maybe the 2 A men got into an oral argument and CA just couldn't get them to shut the heck up, so she called the deputies to calm them both down. Or they may have received a threat in the mail, there are crazy people out there.

GVS just didn't follow through.

IMO, I don't see threats as garnering sympathy?...but do see the makings of another Lynchmob mentality following the release of the tape. The clip showed them leaving the house, which is when Greta asked Cindy the question.

Why would they be leaving the house......I derived from BC's answer, alluding to hateful people, that it was based on a safety issue for the A's
Bold=me

Well, maybe they needed some milk or bread?

Pure speculation, but perhaps the Anthonys are pressing charges against Michelle Bart and whoever else is making money from the sale of Tshirts with the picture of a dead innocent child.

Something doesn't ring right about Michelle Bart..... "she'd be talking to Cindy..."

Why do you keep saying Michelle Bart is selling t shirts? She is only updating their website per their instructions.
Where do you see it saying to make check payable to Michelle Bart?
It says make check to ANTHONY FAMILY.

Does anyone have the link to this on video? I was on Gretas blog and saw where Greta was with the lawyer at the memorial (which is huge now and I'm surprised the A's haven't torn it down yet)

  • #148
Don't have the link but it should be about 31/2 weeks into the case LE was called to the house and it was released then that GA had purchsed the gun over the internet and was placed in the back of his car when someone reported it to lE. Normally this would be cause for arrest while having someone on home confinement. Hope I helped a bit!

He bought the gun on the internet? This is news to me, are you sure?

Lee could still keep his apt. and help out with the finances. That's a big move and have there been any indications he is really out of his place? I would think that it's time that Cindy and George become tax paying members of society. KC is in jail, and will be hopefully, for a long time. They need to get on with what is left of their lives.

Cindy is very good at acting....she did well with the pizza in the trunk...with trying to convince people of a nanny.....etc. Inside the walls of that home I have to wonder just how sad and morose poor Cindy really is. Cindy is grieving, of course, for her granddaughter but she wants her daughter back. Can she reason this, I wonder - that KC is the reason she is grieving?

I went back to listen to this interview again, and right after the statement I bolded in your post Greta mentions, the police being there earlier, and questions why. BC states "I don't want to get into that, it's something I want the police to handle today."

I agree...it has nothing to do with the case, or immunity.

BC also told us that he spent 3 hours with LE discussing crime scene pics, told us DC was at the site because of Kiomarie saying it was a teen hangout, told us DC did not need a lawyer etc. I find him as honest and reliable as the rest of the As and their team.

I doubt it...if they don't want her posting to their myspace, there is an easy solution...change the password.

someone posted this information last night..but i don't know if they found anything out. I'll go look.

I don't think that charges are coming now or in the future. jmho of course.

You have no idea how it pains me to have to agree with this, but after hearing this: (I do agree)

"D`ONOFRIO: What I`m hearing from everyone I speak to, Nancy, is that there are -- there are going to be no charges brought against anyone in the Anthony family. Not Lee, not Cindy, not George. They will not be prosecuted for obstruction of justice, absolutely nothing. "

This is an excerpt for the nancy Grace Show, Jan.9. The reporter is
Jessica D`Onofrio from WKMG TV.

I don't know that I find him not to be honest...but like most attorneys...he only says what benefits his client. Even though he technically only represents George & Cindy - it is painfully obvious that they support Casey and her story. So BC follows and will say whatever supports Casey as well - as long as it doesn't jeopardize G & C. He is really just doing his job. At least he has managed to keep his clients off the airways. That is quite an accomplishment!

Lee was renting a house and yes he did move out. There were pictures in the Orlando Sentinel showing all of the trash and stuff he put by the curb. Even the carpet cleaner he hired made a statement to the media. Lee was said to have moved back home with his parents.

Not so easy.

"But according to Michelle Bart the woman in charge of the website, she put the message up at Cindy Anthony’s request."

So too do I agree that no charges should be filed against the Anthony family. I saw nor heard anything that can be construed as deliberate misleading of LE's investigation. What I did hear was a desperate mother trying to convince the world at large, as well as herself, that her daughter was not capable of murdering her own child. You cannot convince me that any mother among us, despite police "evidence", would readily accept that premise. We would explore every avenue and deadend street to find exculpatory evidence of our own to PROVE that our own child was innocent. This isn't in any way, denying justice to the grandchild she so obviously held dear. It is self defense against insanity and self destruction.

FWIW, last night I went to dinner with my Mother (with whom I've never discussed the case) and she announced that she'd have thrown me under the bus long ago if it were me in Casey's place (I have a daughter a few years older than Caylee). I pressed her and she said she might not go all out to try and help convict me, but she wouldn't be saying "she's innocent" in public and that she'd simply be silent. Mom says it bothers her the stuff she hears from Cindy Anthony. I kind of think a lot of other grandmoms would feel the same way as my Mom, rather than Cindy. But I've not taken a poll.
