According to these sources in the community including people who have spoken with investigators, it is not known if Spicher was the one seen in the truck and, if it wasn't her, whether it's possible there could have been as many as three people involved in Kyron's disappearance.

WOW! This sounds so bad to me, I just don't see how if there were more people involved that there is any chance that Kyron is alive, kwim? Too many hands in the pot. This is so sad, I am still (trying) to hold out hope that he is alive...

Maybe there will be arrests before WED and presser will tell why????
Just wondering about WED date when it usually is on a FRI and this is MON.
Parents have been very quiet.

I know, I am just more and more convinced this is not going to have a good ending. I wish there is something I could do to help.

Can you imagine what it feels like in Terri's parents house right now, with Terri living there? AWKWARD... how could you even be in the same room with her without DEMANDING to know what happened? I don't think I could stand it!

I know they have been there before, early on, but now it seems like they should be using the Sheriff's Office for the PCs.

If the person was waiting in the car while they were inside, did she pick this person up on the way there, or did the person get into the truck after they went into the school? Why wasn't there concern about being seen by witnesses?

Also, wouldn't DDS's time be accounted for that morning? We know she was reported to have been working at that person's home--wouldn't she have been there or on her way at the time TH and Kyron were at the science fair?

If it was DDS, maybe she was used as a decoy to sit in the truck (drivers side) so people would see who they thought was Terri without Kyron. Who knows. This is just very strange.

Smaller communities often use Church facilities for various public/private and non-church functions. Churches are likely to be functionally accessible due to adequate parking, location, and size.

A Sheriffs office usually generally designed with security, not public accessibility in mind.

Maybe DDS wasn't expected at her job until say 10:00am. Maybe she and TH did something to Kyron when they left the school. TH then drops DDS off at her job by say 10am, but for some reason, needs her again, and wal lah, DDS disappears from her job for ~90 minutes before lunch time.

Investigators have gone through Terri's cell phone and email records trying to establish who the person was.

By reading the above again, I think it might have been someone unknown to the case so far. I think if they thought it was DDS, they might have said they are trying to confirm the identity. I guess we wait til Wed.

The church is no longer a "church" IIRC from an article I read. It was a privately owned building used for meetings and gatherings now. (rented out) The owner offered it up for use to LE and Kyron's parents since it was so close to Skyline.

more un-named sources. i don't believe for a minute that there are any "witnesses" that saw anyone in Terri's truck while she was in the school.

at the wed pc, I think LE will talk about this mysterious person in the truck and ask the public to come forward if they saw anyone. Maybe they will even pass out another flyer with more pictures of people who are not suspects. sad

A lurker in the parking lot in a white truck bothers me. It doesn't necessarily mean they were in the Horman truck; it does mean that I would want a closer look at the statements from the schoolkids about a "weird guy" that was seen hanging around...

This is just so strange...10 weeks later, they're coming forward with info about someone in a white truck while TH and Kyron were at the fair?

10 weeks?

I am bothered by this on many different levels...


ETA: I think they will say on Wednesday that it's become a recovery and not a rescue...and ask for people to re-search their own properties for any sign or indication of Kyron or foul play.

I think LE have got to clear up some of the rumors. If some of what's being passed around as fact are lies and/or gross exaggerations of the truth, and LE does nothing to refute the rumors, they become almost complicit in their proliferation.

Also, it's my personal but very, very strong opinion that McCain isn't helping, and his former position with the MCSO has caused his opinions to be more highly valued than they should be, IMHO.

We may get a bombshell or two, and if it follows the standard for this case, it will cast doubt on Terri's guilt and her innocence at the same time. Kaine and Desiree have been quiet.

I am hoping you are right about the bombshells because I need a few more to form an opinion. If they can top another person being in the truck and leaking
(moo) a possible motive, I will be thrilled.

What I would like most is a happy, smiling Kyron to come running out.....

So Terri planned on hurting Kyron and actually had an accomplice with her sitting in full view in the pickup truck at the school. Wow ... methodical and well planned.
