Next guy-need ID of witnesses who parked in certain part of lot that AM at Skyline, please contact, leave year, make, model and plate of vehicle you drove that day between 8:15-8:45

They are being way too specific with time and location...people are going to be very confused. They should have just given locations and then "between 8:15 and 10:30am."
