I was told in the search thread yesterday, that the dumpster fire was b/c the maid of the apartment building threw a cigarette in after she was finished smoking on her break. The burned clothes came from the dumpster. I have no link to back it up, just repeating the answers to my questions, will again guess there are links to that info somewhere in the threads, probably dumpster fire thread?

Maybe metal detectors are for the missing cell phones?

I know the cell phones are important but I think after all this time, they wouldn't still be looking for them. They could've gotten whatever information (numbers , call activity, etc) from the cell phone provider.

I believe it's something else.

I think this dumpster fire you are talking about is the one that occured by the old casino and not the one that was by there house. There were 2 dumpster fires reported, 1 by the river where an old casino used to be, and 1 about 1/2 mi from DB and JI's house. There is a poster that works where this old casino used to be in security and she was talking about watching this employee go out for smoke break.

Yes my thought when I saw the pics of the crib. To me, it did'nt look like a well slept in crib, especially being the height the mattress was in. Also the putting of storage containers on the last place you saw your daughter. Not a shrine but a storrage place. IMO

grr how do you put a baby to bed before 7 p.m and not check on her a million times??? I can't get over how this mother just figured her kids were self sufficiant.imo
I thought the pic was taken after LE searched the room.

Possibly LE trashed the room (it's common. they pretty much have to, imo) when they searched it, hence the stuff inside the crib, putting stuff in it to make search space, etc. The mattress height may be different because they may have lifted it to check for whatever and didn't bother to put it back the way it was. LE don't clean up after themselves after searching a room - it's literally a waste of man hours to do so.

IMO

It was part of the information given about DB's background by her uncle Johnny Chiaravallotti the brother of DB's mother........( who was also named Lisa..... Yes baby Lisa was named after her....). He wrote this on Fcebook when he started a 'Memoriall' page for baby Lisa that has since been taken down........
and he said other things....

But we can't quote or refer to Facebook here. We have to use Main stream Media links (MSM). thanks for info though.

I noticed the height of the mattress as well, in the pics of Lisa and seeing the size of her...that mattress was way too high. Thoses storage bins that were in the crib looked like packed up clothing. JMO

Stiil no twwets from the news people yet? It's approaching 7 am here in MI, the sun will start lighting the way shortly. LE should be there at first light, I would think.

I'm praying Lisa will light the way for LE today, show them what they need to end this charade!

I had been sitting on that info but thought that I could explain it when i saw that someone else posted it here - he posted a heap of stuff and then took it all down - very frustrating.

Yes I thought of all that but the second they left i would've been in there righting it all so my baby would have her room exactly the way it was. I would'nt want anyone but myself to right the room. imo

I've been trying to locate where the clicking information came from. Anybody have a link handy? I'd like to read it. TIA

I went back pages and pages worth but can't find where it originated. Only posts discussing "clicking".

I'm looking for this info too. I believe it is unverified ( so great that pages were spent discussing it) someone said it came from the GMA interview with Joe Tacapina, that the boys heard clicking noises.

1. We need a link.
2. It needs it's own thread if it's even verifiable.

This thread is about the search warrant. :) respectfully.

I wouldn't have. It would be the last thing I'd be thinking about. I'd just want my baby back. The state of the room wouldn't even blip on my radar.

The content of any texting would be on the phone itself, unless deleted.

But, if the parents' gave permission for them to search (which they did), they wouldn't need a warrant. Plus, any of the stuff they've already found wouldn't be covered under the new search warrant. I'm just really confused why they felt the need to get the warrant now.

I agree daisy. I just can't see why da/le feel another search will turn up anything. perplexing.

Just jumping off your post greenpalm;

I've seen a lot of posts about only being able to retrieve text messages from the actual phone.

Working in a law office that handles many capital murder cases (both State and Federal) and many drug cases (both State and Federal) I can tell you that LE will have the exact content of any texts sent and received. You may not get them on your phone statement, but LE gets them from you phone records, regardless of the company. Same thing for any emails you have sent or received, even if LE does not have the computer, or the cell phone in the case of phones.

Just a nugget of info for everyone.

ETA: As far as any computer searches they would need the hard drive. Didn't want to confuse that part.

Sorry OT, morning crew will come in and see this has a lot of pages and think something happened...then by the time they get to the end, all they read was CLICK CLICK CLICK and of course my not so funny jokes. Sorry Day Crew!

That's why I read long threads backwards! :seeya: I'm looking forward to hearing how the search went though.

.....not if she dropped from the attic or a light switch down into the wall. Have you ever tried to get a dead mouse out of your wall? It can't be done without cutting holes in the drywall.

Yes I have.

No it is not fun or easy.

Yes it was very entertaining for the rest of my family, who chose to watch instead of help.

Could it have been stuff Lisa had outgrown?

I have a feeling the parents may be sweating bullets with the search warrent being granted. There is no logical reason for parents of a missing baby to avoid LE for 10 DAYS.
http://abcnews.go.com/US/missing-baby-lisa-parents-dodge-questions-police/story?id=14760706

check this out:
The parents of missing toddler Lisa Irwin haven't submitted to an interview with detectives for the last 10 days to answer questions about things "they might only know," police said today.

color by me
bbm

imo

I was so confused when I heard this today. I thought LE had said they had stopped cooperating but then last week they had started cooperating again. I cannot imagine not talking with LE if my daughter was missing. I'd be camped out at the police station.

If the mom has stopped talking, they must have a few things to search for. One thing I would think would be the moms clothing that she was wearing in the wine purchasing video. Another could be their home computer, especially since "clicking noises" has been talked about.
