Ok then adding to truths post. Why cant the defense say...you used some joe schmoos' DNA info, then how do we know that is caylee?

I also agree with the other posters comment about, when LP made that comment about who the father is, why didnt the A's say something then? They commented about everything else.

Did we hear all the phone calls and read all the transcripts from Lee? What was that about passing notes back and forth from Baez and the A's and casey. Maybe Lee is in hot water for stuff we dont even know about yet. But I do find it odd, that today he gets an Attorney.

What about brad? Is he still the attorney?

AND, again.. they know it's Caylee because they have a sample of Caylee's OWN DNA to compare it to.

The As may not have commented, because it's silly. Or, maybe they had a few OTHER worries, at the time.

It's about time he lawyers up

Yeah, I got around, some, myself. No sexual abuse.

One determined attempt at date rape. He went to the ER.

Would folk on these threads seem to be insisting on incest and rape if KC was ugly, or older?

Ah, yes. Nicely said. Especially since the tales this woman has told exceed the character length of a post on this forum. Why would this be the one thing people would focus on - just because no one knows who the father is?

Authorities have Caylee's DNA, Casey's DNA, Caylee's remains, and Lee's DNA. If they want to know if he fathered that child, I think they can do that now.

In all fairness to LA, I've already heard at least one criminal lawyer/pundit on tv arguing that items from the A home being found at the scene of the remains doesn't necessarily doom Casey, since her brother might have done it. It isn't impossible that Casey's team could raise reasonable doubt by claiming something like that, all the while not expecting he'd actually get charged or anything (well, other than humiliated, etc.). Reasonable doubt. Does the attorney do civil work? Maybe LA wants to sue people for slander and libel.

Except the baby's decomposed remains weren't found in LA's car. They were found in KC's

Chilly is right. Nuclear DNA tests are done on the nucleus of the victim's sample and compared to the sample of the presumed victim. In this case, Caylee's DNA was on record, via numerous samples (Jesse's blood test, the hair brush, the hair sample, the tooth brushes....just to name a few). All they had to do was make the comparison, examining the NUCLEUS of the victim sample.

Why is this going 'round and 'round. The rumor of her paternity doesn't belong here.

It belongs on "Psychological Profile of the Anthonys, Part #," where it got firmly shot down.

IIRC it was just that claim that got Susan Smith LWOP.
She had claimed she was sexually abused by the step-father and that's why her mindset or behavior or whatever was the way it was.
IMO JB and Team Casey have been toying with this type of defense for a while now.

Young women who are so sexually promiscuous usually have sexual ABUSE in

their background - a lot of times it is what causes this behavior in these women.........

Swag1959...You are Correct....No one knows at what age the sex abuse started...maybe she was a minor!

I do find it odd that neither Lee or the A's spoke up to dispute this rumor. They have every right to speak out against it. Maybe they don't want to draw more attention to it.

Maybe they have more important or less silly things to worry about. Maybe they rolled their eyes when LP came up with it.

As CW said, there are a number of things they haven't spoken about.

ITA. Actually -- some women just like sex and they even like variety in their sex, just like a lot of men. No big deal, just sex.

Salem

Perfect!

On this issue, I don't recall it ever being discussed, but in one jailhouse visit with CA and GA, KC was talking about Caylee and said "she is the best of the four of us." That struck me very odd. Of course, you would include the grandparents as "part of the child", but why would you include your brother? Maybe I'm wrong, but I just found that quite peculiar.

Lemme see.. four people in the family. What's odd? I've heard that said about the kids in MY family.

I agree, but we better point it out to Janie W and some of the defense attorney talking heads.

So far it has not matched Jesus O. as his family provided DNA, and it has not matched the family of Eric's DNA in Kentucky (who CA said was the father), and did not match JG's. These are three of the ones that family has told which did not match. I am guessing some of KC's other boyfriends have been asked for DNA and given it.

I do think LP was correct to begin with, because JG was in contact with him and had Caylee's complete DNA profile. LP would not have put that out there knowing he could be sued if it was not true.

Could have been Jesse. Wasn't.

Could have been Jesus. Wasn't.

Could have been Eric. Wasn't.

Eliminating those three does not leave Lee as the only other option.

It could be half the entire male population of Florida and some other states besides. The girl obviously slept around.

LP can not be taken seriously as the source of any information, IMO.

Yes exactly!!!!..... and by the way LE has his DNA.....SO.....if they had proof he was the father, they were legally obligated to provide him with official notice at the same time as Casey was notified. Yet, the ME and LE both said only Cindy was notified besides Casey. HMMMMMMM

No. They are NOT obligated to inform the father, even if it is Lee. The father of Caylee was never legally named on her birth certificate and is therefore not legally owed squat.

But not always. I have promiscuous young women on my caseload who just up and got rid of their virginity and dove right in. This included two personal friends.

Kiomara said KC did JUST that. Got rid of her virginity, because she was tired of it. Next thing is she told Kiomara she had been with eight guys.

Remember, KC is a sociopath. They are sensation seekers.

When did Kiomarie say this? I must have missed it.

I beg to differ. If he is the father (which I believe is very possible) this also could be part of the motive. If Cindy knew (which I think she did) naming her CayLee was like throwing it in KC and Lee's face. I really think there is more to this family. Again this is JMO!!

Except Caylee, like Casey, is a very common Irish name. And, KC likes Irish-- note the shamrocks and the "Casey O'marie."

Go ahead and Google the name "Caylee." Sometimes spelled with a "K." It's common, Irish, fashionable. and it means "slender." Lots of people have it. Not all of them have brothers named "Lee," I'm guessing.

Caylee was killed because she was in KC's way, when KC wanted to party and sleep around. And, likely to get back at CA.

If KC married Tony, today, and had HIS baby, that child would be in deadly danger, when: 1) Tony paid what KC thought "too much" attention to the baby, 2) the baby got in the way of having fun, 3) KC got terribly angry at Toney, or 4) they split and KC ended up with a kid on her hands.

KC would be a danger to any inconvenient child. No deep, dark mystery needed.

Sorry to disappoint, but incest (againsty females) tends NOT to happen in a home where the women are dominent.

I am with you. I would see no reason to hire an attorney if my conscience was clear that I had done everything I possibly could to find my niece.

I can see where he would hire one though, because he KNOWS that SOMEONE in that family is getting ready to be thrown under the bus.

Yep, and it could be him as well as anyone.

I agree totally with you here, CW!

And, charges could be filed against Lee AND KC for incest.

No discussion or even speculation about that from LE.

What bothers me about this, is, if that is true (that he died) why did KC not try to get Social Security for Caylee. And, if true, Caylee had other grandparents. I wonder if, assuming the father is dead, do the grandparents know now that this is their grandchild that has been murdered.

Because if KC'S Uncle Rick is right, KC doesn't KNOW who the father is, or care.
