LEE Takes Memorial Away from Front of House

Just like when he stole the dog ladys bowl and destroyed her property (the sign). She was on that right of way. I really wish she would have or will press charges. The Anthonys aren't above the law. Why does Lee continue to think that he is?? He just blows me away.

Yes - she was on the right of way. And she and most of those other people with nothing better to do with their time sat out there at all hours of the day and night screaming profanities and hateful statements at the Anthony's. It was harrassment pure and simple. Not to mention an extreme annoyance to innocent neighbors. So he lost his cool and threw a dog bowl and tore a sign? Geez - if it had been happening to my family I don't know if I could have lasted that long before losing it. I don't think he thought he was above the law...I think he snapped.

Just because we dislike the Anthony's and find their behavior abominable does not mean it is right to harrass them. That behavior is abominable too.

I agree! As I look at the video again, it was not even on the A's property! There was a t-shirt that people had taken the time to sign. May not mean a thing to the A's, (actually imo, I'm sure it doesn't) but to whoever put it together it meant something. It was for Caylee, when will this family ever learn, it ain't all about them?!

I'm beginning to feel invisible.

Do we know that Lee did not take the items inside the house for safe keeping?

Sorry that was an assumption on my part. When I think of a memorial, I think wreaths.

So it wasn't a wreath, it was a sign of faith, a child's toy/rembrance like had been left there before, and some flowers.

Oh ok! I thought I had missed something! :)

How do we know that he dumped the cross rather than taking it in the house?

Chilly, do you really believe he took those things into the house?

From what I saw that is what he did. Of course I have no idea what he did with the items after that, but it appeared to me he walked back into the house with them.

haha! You aren't invisible! I was replying to another post of yours! :blowkiss:

I have no idea. Do you know that he didn't?

What I do know is that, contrary to the report, he did not storm, run, or grab. That makes me distrust the entire news report.

Thanks. I thought those 2 pounds I lost recently might have really made a difference.

OK invisible Chilly, as much as we disagree, I have great respect for your opinion. Given what we know, do you HONESTLY believe that Lee took those items into the house for safe keeping? I'd bet my last dollar that they are in the trash right now.

The video showed him going into the house with the flowers in his arms. I think it would have been rude if he had dumped them in the trash in front of the spectators, but he didn't do that. He took them into the house.

Wow, they say he stormed out of the door and ran over to the memorial grabbed up the items. It looked to me like he walked over calmly and picked them up with some care. I wonder what he did with the items.

That's how it looked to me too.

I have to agree with many on this thread that while the memorial was probably meant well it just wasn't a good idea.

I don't know but he wasn't rough with the items like I would have expected him to be if he was angry and had intentions of tossing them in the trash. Did this all happen today? Is rain expected in Orlando?

What I do know about this little on camera action of LEE is that once again a member of his family pranced outside the home and in front of CAMERAS. If these people were so concerned with villification they would stay the he!! in their house until the storm blows over and for sure not pick up memorial items ON CAMERA or swing hammers, bats, etc. No wonder Nejame quit!

I'll agree that the news makes it sound much worse than it was. And I've found those 2 lbs. that you lost + some. Thanks Alot!

Is there another video? The video I found did not show what happend after he picked them up?

Pondering - as much as we seem to disagree with the appropriateness of Lee's actions...I also think it is likely they didn't save the cross and flowers. It would be nice to think that they might at least save the toy and donate it, but I am sure that kind of thing is the last thing they are thinking of. And it does not seem to be something the Anthony's think of very often.

That said, I will say that I think the media and some posters have made it sound like he stormed out there and rudely grabbed the stuff and crammed it into a trash can in front of the media. That simply isn't what happened. He was calm and pretty respectful in my opinion. Not at all reminiscent of the "dog lady" episode. LOL

The one I saw cut off right after he gathered the items up. Is there another video?

I don't recall seeing him get all the way into the house either Cher...I am speculating because the video I saw he was headed toward the front door and told the media to stay off the lawn. I can't say for sure he didn't throw it away out there, but it appears he was headed for the front door and not the garage area.

TxRose, I agree with every word of your post. And it probably was not the best idea for someone to do, but perhaps they were just thinking with their heart. :blowkiss:
