Hope is his cousin. She was arrested with him and starred in the UC video with him, they were in the backseat, making hand gestures at each other, about how much money they were going to make etc.

I guess he loves her because she's his cousin, the family that deals drugs together stays together. :dance:

Does anyone recall Ron saying (after he was arrested for drug trafficking) PC will never release his tapes? Who was he talking to-I can't remember-Dana Treen? Why would he say this? So far he has been right-they have released very few. Either he isn't talking to anyone or they aren't releasing them.

Found this on AH site, about the letter. I think we may get a copy pretty soon... if my BBM means what I think it means.

Art, this is C&P from the opening post: We discuss Misty’s letter on The Nancy Grace Show tonight (Friday, March 12, 2010) for the first time, 8 and 10 p.m. est.

I am saying the letter mentioned in the post, was never mentioned in the clip above. I don’t watch Nancy Grace often so I come here to keep up on this case. It will be interesting to learn the contents of this letter and who Misty is pointing to. Thanks for your efforts Art, keeping us non-Nancy watchers updated.

I believe Art was referring to the Friday NG show clip, not the letter.

Thanks for bringing that up, Twall. I'd forgotten. Besides having his phone calls and visits kept out of the media, can we come up with other indications that Ron is receiving preferential treatment Ron from Putnam County?

Here is what I keep thinking about the tapes.

LE is releasing them to make the Croslins look bad in an upcoming trial.

They are trying to poison the jury pool.

They are not trying to make Ron look bad.

I don't think these tapes are being released under the sunshine act, I think they are just being released by LE and used how they want.

I think they are giving a Ron a free pass just to make the croslins look more guilty

Doc I sure hope you're wrong about this. I keep wondering when Misty, or someone in the Croslin family, is going to notice and say, "Wait just a minute here, how come all of our visits & phone conversations are being released but not Ronalds?!" I don't get it... :crazy:
ETA: Maybe it's all part of LE's elaborate plan... or
Maybe the Croslin's are so star-struck that they haven't even noticed...

His visitation schedule isn't the same as the other inmates, remember that was also on the phone call to GGMS. He is suppose to get one hour a week but instead he is getting two half hour or two one hour visits a week.

In the infamous dirty shorts call to grandma Ron says to tell hope he loves her and tell her he is in Putnam. I can only find the link to it right now on a banned site.

Instead, officials at the Putnam County Jail released the latest recorded audio from Ronald Cummings, another one of the suspects in that drug bust and the father of 6-year-old HaLeigh Cummings who was taken from her Satsuma, FL home one year ago and to date has not been found.

Ronald's first call is with a girlfriend and is full of complaints about the jail, the cost of phone calls and a lots of cussing and some inflamatory racial statements regarding a segment of the jail population and some choice names for the jail guards.

Some of the comments made in these calls are not appropriate for all ears and certain comments made by Ronald will likely not make him very popular with some of the inmates in the Putnam County jail.

RC also says in that call, that Terry is going to have to go there to see him, and he thinks he'll see Hope too. He says he thought Hope was in Flagler. He says he's sending her a letter and it still has Flagler County on it, but that they know not to send it to Flagler, she'll have to get the address of the jail.

The other one is with GGMS and has the recording in the beginning that says he is in Putnam, this one talks about teeth and pain pills.

LP thinks it's Tommy and Joe Overstreet..that are mentioned in MC's letter that she has written to a family member. JO has been contacted but won't give any information. Unless Misty has something that can be corroborated with one or two other people, she won't be taken seriously???

I wish these people would think about Haleigh and not themselves. If MC has the information that brings HaLeigh home she needs to do it, she's already facing a lifetime in prison for her drug dealing so what's does she have to loose?

lol, you can sleuth it if you want to. Personally, I don't think the sheriff or the jailers did whatever happened to Haleigh. jmo - we need to be finding out why Haleigh's father's mother is being so quiet now, and why she has been so misleading.
