They think Ron is talking and thats why the plea deal, but he could get more but 15 is the deal on the table instead of almost life time for the other folks.

If Ron is talking, that means he has information. If he has information, that means he's been withholding & hindering this investigation. How in the world can LE justufy a deal to a father who hindered his own daughter's investigation? He should be charged EXTRA. Do you think it's possible that LE is trying to pizz off the others into talking? or maybe an attempt to get Ron, while spilling, to slip up. This would be SO unfair to Hope-who by all acounts, had absolutely nothing to do with the Haleigh case. She had nothing to spill.
