LP stated he never discussed details of the drug case or Haleigh's disappearance with TN. Wouldn't you want to know as much as possible before committing a large sum of money to bail out a stranger?

Sometimes LP shoots from the hip when making decisions. Tony Padilla admitted as much when he was blogging in Caylee's forum.

Easy: They didn't clear him.

Yes, badme :) I actually DO know that, but in my haste I used the wrong word and will be flogging myself in just a little while. :floorlaugh:

Well we know that Lindsey was talking regularly to LP, so I guess when LP said the divorce is because Tommy was involved in Haleighs kidnapping/murder... than we can beleive that much at least.

Well I'm glad LP decided that to bond Ron out might mean he would make good on his promises.

Imagine how desperate TN and Grammy must be to get Ron out to even entertain the idea of dealing with LP. I would like to be privy to those conversations.

Not only was it kinda clean for a 17 yr. old party girl, but she had been on a 3 day binge and they spent sunday night arguing/talking and monday sleeping?

ETA: oh oh, and getting high at around 5:30- 6:00?

The home was NOT clean when LE was there. It was cleaned by GGS before cameras were let in.

I wonder what Tommy has said that has convinced Lindsey that he is involved, because the excessive drugs didn't convince her, niether did the headless rat, or the arrests, or the failed poly's.... I wonder what it took to convince her, and why hasn't LE arrested him at least.

LP stated that members of Ron's family told him that there was a deal on the table. He said he believed part of why the hearing didn't go through is because Ron's lawyer didn't want to hurt any deal pending. He did mention Ron's mother a couple of times regarding who was calling him to Bond Ron out.

But he said later they haven't talked about the cases? So dunno.

Well TN is a real reliable "source" :D

the question is which threat? the one to kill whoever is involved? Misty-Tommy and himself? or the one to kill himself and junior would go with him?

Very good point!

I hate quoting myself but had an after thought. Couldn't they arrest Ron for making these threats? I know its illegal to make threats like these.

I'm not totally convinced that LP's rumor, and it is rumor per his own words, of Ron getting a plea deal. On the clerk records, as soon as the motion for the bond reduction was filed the SA turned around and filed for Discovery regarding the Nebbia hearing. Something isn't adding up. If the SA is making a deal with Ron over something, they wouldn't be playing this game IMO.

I would have to listen to the show again but, I beleive that is was speculated that with the Nebbia hearing, there was a possibility that the State would have turned the motion down anyway. Thus, LP thought it wise to pull out of the deal.

OKay talking about LT right now.... Some crazy lady somehow got in on the phone line... Levi called her nuts it was funny...

If that was a WS member I'm sorry!!! But that was so weird. Who calls in on a show at the very beginning and then just starts spouting off about polygraphs? It was hilarious! I think it was a mother out there somewhere having a little too much fun on mothers day! hehe

They probably want him out because they already have an escape plan for him, so that he could run away.

After hearing Levi's show tonight, some things are making more sense. LP pulled the offer to bail RC out thus the reason RC's court date was cancelled. So glad he had the revelation that maybe he wasn't doing the right thing. He was being sympathetic to a father as he is a father himself. Only he was made aware that RC was an abusive father. Obviously DCF wouldn't have been involved if that were not the case. It was brought up about RC's comment about taking his son with him should he decide to end it all. A lot of stock in that as most people want their children to outlive them, not take them with them should they meet their own demise. Big story right there.

If Haleigh was hit either on purpose or getting in the middle of what was going on between him and MC and died as a result (I'm thinking head injury, concussion or bleeding on the brain), it would make sense that it probably happened before RC went to work. GGS and the Aunt (purportedly a nurse and accompanied GGS) went by to check on things after being alerted by RC that Haleigh had an "accident" and hit her head. An hour later, MC's phone was turned off. THEN the coverup began. The family knows what happened IMO. The day GGS and TN went to the river before the police got there and were roaming around in the woods was part of the coverup. They were trying to keep up the facade that they didn't have any idea what happened. I noticed the night GGS and FH were on Nancy Grace, GGS was verrryyy careful about her words. Not confrontational as in her past interviews. That was a red flag to me at that time and I tucked it in my back pocket along with the rest of the perceived abnormal actions of these people surrounding this case. Also brought up on tonight's show was the emphasis on RC's part constantly complaining about the media not letting him alone to DO WHAT HE WANTED TO DO, that they were always bothering him. (This was in the early days of Haleigh being missing). Any other parents of missing children are wanting the media to be there, to constantly plea for their children's return, pleas to the public, etc. Another red flag that has been in back pocket for a very long time. This is strictly MOO

The state can't turn it down, the only one who could is the judge. The nebbia hearing is strictly a means of identifying the source of the bind money and that the source is legitimate. The state asking for discovery tells me LP wasn't listed as the bonding agent anyhow. JMO

Levi that was the funniest thing I have heard in so long. You have unbeleivable patience I would have cut her off as soon as she started slurring... That was so funny!

Yes, you're correct as far as I know. I have read that the trailer was like a bomb hit it when LE arrived. There was so much stuff on the floor they could hardly walk through it. They cleaned it up for the cameras.

Thanks to everyone for transcribing! I will listen tomorrow. What an exciting show!
They've got to be ready to make some charges soon. I wonder how much truth is there to Ron's plea deal? I thought he would be the last to crack out of the three. Never say die and all that.

Does the judge not work for the state?
