Yes, you're correct as far as I know. I have read that the trailer was like a bomb hit it when LE arrived. There was so much stuff on the floor they could hardly walk through it. They cleaned it up for the cameras.

I took it to mean by the word "clean" that there were no fingerprints, footprints, foreign hairs, blood, etc. Not that the MH was cleaned.

The state is represented by the State's attorney, not the judge. The judge is supposedly impartial and makes judgement based on the law and precedent, regardless of where his pay check comes from. He/she does not represent the state.

I thought the court ordered DCF to be involved when he was given custody. DCF was to make sure he followed the guidelines the court set up for him. Was DCF ever called about any abuse before Haleigh's disappearance?

..and I thought, Ron was saying because of his tattoo of Jr,Jr would always be with him even in death. I didn't take what he said as him saying if it came to life or death he was going to take Jr with him other then the tattoo JMO

After hearing Levi's show tonight, some things are making more sense. LP pulled the offer to bail RC out thus the reason RC's court date was cancelled. So glad he had the revelation that maybe he wasn't doing the right thing.

And LP just figured it out on Friday that Ron was an abusive father? Everybody who reads this forum know that Ron was an abusive father. Maybe LP should check out this forum.

If a polygraph were performed on LP regarding the claim that he figured it out on Friday that Ron is an abusive father, well, we'd still have a perfect record on polygraph tests in this case. I didn't hear the radio show, but if LP actually claimed that he just figured it out on Friday that Ron is abusive father, everything he says is suspect.

Well truthfully, all we have about the cancelation is speculation from those on Levi's show, we don't know the reason in reality. There could be one or several reasons. The only thing I know was the SA did issue a media release that the hearing may be canceled, the hearing was cancled, and the State did file motion for discovery for the Nebbia hearing. That's all I know anyhow.

The fact that the State Attorney Office made the statement about the cancel on the hearing last week..... it really has the wheels turning in my brain.

To me LPs offer to post bail being pulled off the table right before a hearing where the state wanted Ron to show where the money is coming from (not from illegal means) says more about the funding then anything.

And their being a plea deal on the table does not mean anyone is talking, or that the state approached anyone with the deal. Ron's attorney, if they are doing their job, can talk to the state and see what options are there for his client. Ron making a guilty plea and doing 15 years is not a bad thing for the state that is paying through the nose for this family.

No trial, no risk, no appeals, Ron behind bars, Ron behind bars for a good chunk of time versus him possibly walking at trial (wilder things have happened) and Haleigh's case never being resolved? I don't see how the state would be reckless in making that deal personally. Especially if additional charges related to Haleigh could be brought later.

I am commenting as in reference to the posts about the questionable cleanliness of the mh.(there were several so didnt quote any specific one). My point is this, exactly whose account are we going off of that the house was way too clean(for a 17yr old house cleaner), etc? Because the video that we have seen from the inside of the mh was AFTER LE has completely tore it apart&turned it upside down while searching&collecting evidence, dusting for prints, etc. then when it was turned back over to the family. TN states in the NG full, videotaped tour of the mh,(which to my knowledge was anyones first look at the inside of the mh)she clearly states that her and GGS had entered the mh after LE released it and that it was a destroyed mess(NG then comments on it not being LE job to clean up there mess)TN says that her and GGS thoroughly cleaned and put the house back in order(TN also states that she had been asked by someone in media for look inside&thats when they decided to thoroughly clean it for that purpose)And to further point to MC not keeping a nice, neat, clean house, in the same footage while TN and Marlena(NG producer) are standing at the back door(the one held by cinder block)discussing how that both doors(wooden&outer screen door)both left alone would automatically close on their own, so NG asked TN if that were the case then how if the outer door was held open with cinderblock,then nothing holding the wooden door that it would infact shut itself not able to be free standing open as MC claimed when she awoke. TN tells her that unfortunately there was always a mound of laundry that stayed there and easily would have kept the door from closing, that the dirty laundry wasnt the only mess, that unfortunately MC wasnt known for her housekeeping. So if thats the case that everyone is going off the state of the mh that we all first saw in the video footage released, then thats incorrect in saying that they were claiming thats how the mh was kept whille RC&MC lived there, it was clearly stated who and why cleaned the mh and it was even stated by TN that the house was kept a mess, not neat and tidy. Im sure everyone knows exactly what fopotage Im talking about that all of this is stated in, but I will go search for a link for the video to back all of this info up from NG transcripts. If there is another video/pics where someone is claiming that MC&RC kept the mh perfectly clean&organized and thats what these posts from the show are in reference to, will someone point me in the direction of it? But the only that I've seen/heard is the one AFTER LE has destroyed it&its been thoroughly cleaned for the specific reason of showing the inside footage..
