Terri is asking for money before she moves out of the family home. Kaine is stating he wants his son before he gives her money.
Does Terri have a legal right to any funds in this situation?

The courts may ask Terri to pay child support, because she is able to work.

At this point it is a waiting game dont need a body but need pysical evidence.

What LE has right now is a lot of stinky circumstantial evidence......

Basically they dont want double jeopardy.

Terri's responses are cold on FB but why is she on FB anyway, when the child is missing.

Caller said Terri is on Facebook all the time.... and that People would say can we help, and Terri would be like, I have flyers come get them never did he foot work herself.

They dont have to label Terri as a suspect. They are searching her cell phones and so forth they are looking at her, they dont have to label her
