I can understand that I think. I know when that name popped up in another case members had to learn about MB to be able to post informed content to base an opinion. Thankfully the discloser has been made here at W/S incase some wish to understand. I'v gotta ask if you have seen her in town and it put a bad taste in your mouth? If not are you at liberty to discuss what you have seen?

Hopefully you won't take offense but, I think you may possibly want to re-read the post that was up originally because I remember it saying that FBI was "aware of" and would basically be able to monitor or would be monitoring it. I don't recall it saying anything about them being involved with the account. Or did you get that information elsewhere?

Not trying to be rude by any means I've read many of your posts and you've brought up some points in the past regarding the case that I thought were very valid and interesting. I just see that it is posted over on IS and maybe I'm just reading it differently but I don't think so. So wanted to make a note because I know that this is how inconsistencies and rumors can get started when someone interprets things wrong and I believe in this instance you may have.

the more I reread this post I have realized I do take offense!!!! You did not respond to the quote provided by Jen O to acknowledge your mistake of kind of calling me a person who may have spoken a mis truth. Hopefully my post helped you in realizeing just how ridulous the statement was concerning the FbI. States att. laughed at this and the Secretary to the Attorney General was so interested she joined. If you or others feel uncomfortable in giving to this form of a charity the Secretary of state, charities division is eager to take complaints as it helps in investigating the application representing the 501 c3. ~<3~

I am sorry if I offened anyone on this site: My intention was to let everyone know that if they come to the Lindsey search center to please leave their egos behind them. This is not directed to anyone person but to all searchers.
When we go to help a family of a missing child and set up searches we always tell people the very same thing leave egos behind you that it is about the missing child not anyone or anything else.

I did not mean to make it sound like I was attacking anyone person I was not pointing fingers at anyone person on here or anywhere else.

I have told MB not to read the post on any of the sites because somethings are said that may need to be stated, I know first hand how hard it is to stay off these sights when Amber first went missing I would get so upset about the things posted on all kinds of sites about Amber and the family. I quit reading anything for about 4 months. So please don't feel like I was making a personal attack on anyone.

I think your great! I just saw your post at In-Sessions telling it like it is concerning Ms. Bart. Could you make the same assessment here on this site, please. Everytime Ms. B is discussed that is one more medi tag opened to disclose her. It seems her self promoting behavior is not going to stop. For the life of me I don't understand why more of the people at the search center refuse to discuss this day in the life of Ms. B. If the law of physics apply Ms Bart just came down off a high horse acccording to her reported behavior that day. For profiling purposes (what we do hear & I don't plan on changing) I would love to here accounts of how the women who remain suspects reacted to such a personality. Only thing I'v heard is your excellant observation and we thank you along with all the frank descriptions of her. See how this woman creates an atmosphere not condusive to possibly saving Lindsey's life. ~ MONEY, MONEY, MONEY,SOME PEOPLE GOTTA HAVE IT! song by the Isley Brothers and it fits so well. ~<3~

Got an email from KK this morning:

The search fund did get set up - it is at the McCleary Sterling Savings bank and donations can be made at any SS branch. All they need to tell them is that it is for the Lindsey Baum Search Fund. That will not go to MB but is solely for the search and search center. We are working on getting 501 (c)3 status now but the account is up and running.

I'm not sure who told them to get 501 (c)3 status.. but I think you bring up some good points. I agree with you on this.

When Melissa chose Michelle Bart to handle the aspects of this case it caused me pause. I'm still not able to look over Michelle Bart. My thought is that if Michelle want's all the aspects in the search for her daughter to be open and sincere she should remove Michelle Bart from any part of this case.
