I also think she says "she's close to hope" IMO it could mean Hopesprings drive.

I was watching Nancy Grace last night and have a question...

If the Anthony's PI was being instructed to little Caylee's body (on his cell phone in the location where she was later found) and if he was being instructed by a member of the Anthony's family or circle (I think NG was saying that's what she thought was going on) what would they have done with Caylee's remains if he had found her? Has this been discussed (I couldn't find anything)? Any thoughts or ideas? Do you think they would have tried to hide her again or get rid of her to protect Casey? Could they have gotten away with that?

I have a question. Remember back when there was speculation and some theories that Caylee's body may have been burnt. The gas cans that Casey stole from her parents... It seemed noone could quite figure out why she had them as it was unlikely she would have made an effort to keep gas for her car when she would run out. She had never taken the gas cans before. So, question is does anyone have any info on the possible burning... or did that theory just go away?

Jay D, I would think anything now a days could be traced. Even a disposible cell phone. I hope I am right...

I have never had a pay as you go phone but I was told by someone who had that if you pay cash for the phone, perhaps some time in advance of disposal of security camera retention, and you buy your minutes with cash, since they are usually on prepaid cards for, like trac phone/track phone (sp?) and you are just activating those minutes with your phone, and you NEVER register the phone with your name, etc. there is a certain degree of anonymity. However, if someone can prove that they were on the phone with you I would think they could figure it out. Lots of research and digging multiple ping reports and surveillance cameras, but not impossible.

I think the theory went away. It seems the logical explanation for the gas cans being in her trunk was after she and TonE broke into her parents' shed and stole them, she didn't bother to take them back, she just put them in her trunk and went on her way.

Didn't Tony and KC pick up the cans and then drive to her car? If so, KC would have been away from the shed at the A's when she emptied the cans. Why drive all the way back to put them in the shed when she had Tony to follow to more fun things?

If there were burn marks on the remains I think we would have heard some thing of that by now. ME didn't mention it. Hope this helps.

Dr. G said there were things she didn't want to go into. She is so wonderful and thoughtful .... I just wondered what those things could be and I understand what many could be ... even if there were burns, I'm not sure they could have handled talking about that. But I sure hope there was not. That would do me in.

Did Cindy &/or George ever confirm (or deny) that there was an argument between CA & KC the night of June 15th?

As for GA seeing KC leaving with Caylee (with backpacks) on June 16th...did he say if Caylee was awake as they were leaving?

Does JG stand by his statement that he heard Caylee on June 16th at 2:52 PM during his phone call with KC?

Re: the fight, I read yesterday, in the latest Doc dump, Supplemental Report, Mark F. told LE that CA told him of the fight on the 15th & asked him if Caylee was alive or dead.

I have toyed with the idea, but not pushed it, that one of the ideas KC had was to fake a burning "accident". Body already too decomposed for other fake situations, so fake Caylee accidently getting burnt in a gas can incident, or even torch the whole car with Caylee's body (in trunk perhaps back to a kidnapper story)? That would get rid of 2 magor problems: a decomposing corpse and a smelly car.

My bold.....I know I remember GA saying KC had taken gas before (don't know if she took the cans, too).........but the day Tony broke into the shed they had to take the gas w/cans to where the car was.

Haven't heard any 'burning' speculations lately, tho.

(Perhaps that was why G & C put the lock on, but that's just speculation). I got the impression that this was the first time KC actually made off with the cans. It makes sense for her to leave the cans so that GA would fill them up again. The "gift" that keeps giving?

Longtime lurker (since July... you people are amazing!)... first time posting.
In one of the jailhouse tapes, CA and KC are discussing a photo of Caylee, drum in the background. KC is making the impression that the photo was taken at Z's apt. Uncharacteristically, CA asks a direct question, that pic was taken at Z's??, and actually waits for a direct answer. KC pauses for too long, then says, no, that photo was taken at a friend's (R's?), but that his and Z's apts have a very similar layout, and whaddya know, they both have drums! My question is, did LE ever specifically ask KC if she had been inside Z's Sawgrass apt? Or is there merely the hovering story that she would drop Caylee off at the steps? Great cover, she thinks, picking a vacant apt. No one will actually go to the trouble of checking my story.

A brief comment... during another jailhouse visit, this time with GA, KC says,
"I just wish none of this would have ever happened". Verrry odd thing to say, but it's probably the closest she'll ever get to confessing.
