I read my post and it's not very clear as to what I'm asking.

Could the defense say that perhaps, maybe the night of the big argument, CA gave something to KC to calm her down. What then happened was a drug induced psychosis and that KC cannot remember anything that took place. Therefore she would be innocent in the crime. CA would be guilty of administiring drugs without a prescription and all the fallout would be upon CA, I hope that makes more sense. Anyway, is that possible?

IMO, no but anything is possible and we will have to wait and see how the defense presents their case at the time of trial. Right now the defense is stuck with what Casey said: "I dropped Caylee off at Zenaida's apartment etc., etc." and what Baez stated: "there are reason why and they will come out at trial."

As far as I remember, we last saw Lee during the deposition with Morgan for the civil case. He stated he had moved back in with his parents to help them out financially. I don't blame him for staying away from cameras as it's what I've thought all the Anthony's should have been doing all along.

My question: Some posters have asked if George and Cindy are working again, and others have answered "No, neither George nor Cindy are working." Well, how do people know this? The camera crews are not at their house everyday like they used to be. So, if the media is backing off (which I think they are) couldn't G&C be working and it's just not reported?

IMO, I don't think they are working a "normal job" as they would have to take off a lot of time to appear on CBS Morning Show and be at ALL of the court hearings for Casey.

Cindy could be back at Gentiva part time though. If she is a long time employee they might be willing to give her a lot of leeway when it comes to taking time off for the hearings and such. I dont know that, I am just speculating. Of course, the trial will be every day so I dont know.

My question is regarding the ZG traffic citation that happened in May 2008 and the possibility of a dash cam:

I always thought that when a police officer turns on their light bar that the dash cam automatically starts recording? What I am curious to know is if the video from a police cruisers dash cam gets recorded over after so many days , or if they are all saved for a certain length of time?

Not all LE vehicles have dash cams. I was cited for running a red light, contested the ticket, because the trooper didn't have video proof he just mailed a statement to the court.

The ticket was dismissed.

So it's possible that there is no video of this event.

GA: It's all the day that my wife and I met at, at uhm, Bank of America at Goldenrod and Lake Underhill because we deposited about a twelve hundred dollar government check.

was this because JB spoke up in court the day BC was there with the A's to get the autopsy report restricted?? since JB spoke in court for the defense....does that make it that Casey should have been there? even though the judge said she didn't have to be, because it was only for Conway and the A's as a courtesy?

That incoming text was to Amy, not Casey. Casey was not involved in that text message at all. I believe it came from a member of Amy's family.

George and Cindy were depositing their tax stimulus check. Probably that's what the message to Amy was about also--an IRS tax stimulus check.

They were hoping for sometime in late June as the Judge's calendar was quite full. Last I heard on that day, Morgan and Morgan had to keep checking the Judge's calendar to see when a date opens up.

Does anyone else remember seeing a picture of a disposable camera at the disposal site? I remember seeing one that looked weathered, and also a picture of some disposable cameras in Cindy Anthony's bedroom.

I wonder why a disposable camera was dumped on Suburban rather than photo processed and disposed of properly?

I am looking for photos and info on what was found at the dump site. More specifically, for some reason I vaguely recall they collected separate pieces of duct tape there. Is this true or am I mistaken and where would I find this.
