What you're referring to is the text Casey sent Tony after she'd been questioned 7/15. IMHO, Casey was speculating about what she'd surely already considered...the consequences of getting caught. Not unlike the anti-death-penalty 'cartoon' found on her laptop.

When KC was talking to one of her friends on the phone in the very beginning of this case, before the body was found and she went to Jail. She stated during a converstaion "Guess what, If she's not found Im going to spend the rest of my life in Jail'. What Det. or officer told her that?? Why would a officer be passing judgement on her when they thought that the babysitter took her. Or was this something she already knew that was going to happen to her she thinks she is going to serve jail time?

We have all the police interviews with Casey from the evening of July 15th through Casey's arrest on July 16th as well as the October 14th conversation in the car when LE picked up Casey during the time Cindy was driving Casey as well as Casey sitting at at the Sheriff's office on October 14th with LE. There is nothing in those tapes that I recall, where LE is saying to Casey "if she's not found I'm going to spend the rest of my life in jail." IMO, this never happened!

IIRC, These were her words in a text to Tony, before being arrested, something like, "If they don't find her, guess who spends an eternity in jail", and couple this with the phone call she made to home from jail, looking for Tony's number, where she says to her friend, "If they don't find her, they are going to Pin This on me....What mother says this with their child missing/kidnapped?:waitasec:....only someone who had 31 days to think about It!

How are George and Cindy supporting their household? Whose paying their mortgage? Who's footing their bills? Did Cindy go back to work? Did George find a job???

Are the shows they're going on paying them? Is there a financial motive for them doing tv programs? Did they get an advance on a book deal?

4. No.

7. Yes.
8. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

IIRC, one of the items that George stated was in the back of Casey's trunk was a can or bottle of "cleaning fluid". My question is: "was the can of cleaning fluid taken into evidence and was the cleaning fluid tested to see if it resembles or has similar components to "chloroform"?

If I recall correctly, back when LE originally made this a death penalty case, LB immediately brought the first DP qualified attorney on board (can't recall his name this morning!) who immediately stated publicly that this case was NOT qualified for the death penalty, then filed a motion in court to argue that the death penalty be dropped. If I recall correctly, LE dropped the death penalty before a judge could rule on the motion.

Now the death penalty is back on the table, Lyons has been retained. She immediately states publicly (through media) that this is NOT a death penalty qualified case and she will argue as such. She has been onboard for weeks now......

Why has she not filed a motion arguing that the case is not death penalty qualified (as she stated on the media)???????

Could it be because now that she has reviewed the case, she realizes that such motion would probably be denied and at this point, her best bet is to argue during the penalty phase??

I was wondering too if Cindy returned to work at Gentiva Health and if George is working. Maybe Lee is helping them out financially -- I wonder if he still lives with them at their home?

The autopsy report has me asking if the duct tape belonged to Amy or was the duct tape from the A's home? What date did Amy say kC used the tape. Do I need to forget about a timeline from the date of borrowed duct tape to the date of Caylee's murder? Also does this coinside with the week of Amy possibly being chlorophormed?

If this has been asked/answered before, please forgive me.

Is it possible or likely that Conway and/or the Anthony's had read the autopsy report prior to it's public release?

IIRC, it was an empty bottle of Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent.

I think the duct tape is the same thing as gaffe tape. And KC borrowed it for the 'anything but clothes' party, Memorial Day weekend, 2008. Timeline wise, that was just a couple of weeks before Caylee was last seen. I don't know when the Amy's missing cash thing was, but it could have been the same time frame. Wasn't that money being saved for her Puerto Rico trip?

Here is info on both types of tape:

Gaffers tape is a matte finish vinyl coated cloth tape used for a myriad of applications in many industries such as entertainment (theater, movie, music/DJ) and hospitality (hotel/event planner/convention center/wedding).

A few sample applications include lighting/sound crew work, set construction/wardrobe, general purpose floor marking and cable hold down, bookbinding, bus seat repairs, and waterproof packaging and sealing.

Gaffers tape features:
matte finish prevents unwanted light reflection (no glare)
vinyl-coated cloth tape allows for straight tears by hand and direct printing by pen, pencils and markers
residue-free adhesive allows for easy removal
rubber adhesive helps to resist water

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Duct tape or duck tape is a polyethylene coated cloth tape used for general purpose HVAC use as well as color coding, packaging, and for inexpensive cable hold down in hotels and convention centers.
The 3 layers that make up duct tape provide the following benefits:
polyethylene plastic backing for waterproofing
cloth middle layer helps to facilitate tearing by hand
rubber adhesive helps to resist water and provides for a durable hold
I'm wondering about Lee , period; have I missed something? (certainly possible) Does anyone know when he was last seen / heard from?
I have been wondering the same. This has happened before, Lee disappearing for a length of time with speculation that he had finally "seen the light"...only to come back later to prove the speculation wrong, ie; deposition. I don't know for sure, but my guess is he's keeping a low profile, I'd love to know he has seen the light, but can't get my hopes up.
As far as I remember, we last saw Lee during the deposition with Morgan for the civil case. He stated he had moved back in with his parents to help them out financially. I don't blame him for staying away from cameras as it's what I've thought all the Anthony's should have been doing all along.
My question: Some posters have asked if George and Cindy are working again, and others have answered "No, neither George nor Cindy are working." Well, how do people know this? The camera crews are not at their house everyday like they used to be. So, if the media is backing off (which I think they are) couldn't G&C be working and it's just not reported?
I have a (probably dumb) question. Can they use the defense that KC was drugged and does not remember anything that happened. Therefore it would not be her fault that she killed her baby. She too was a victim? Does something like that fall under an Insanity plea? I know it was marijuana that was found on the paper towel, but could they say that she was unwillingly given something from someone. I am not thinking ToneE and crew but I am thinking more CA. I remember from one of her cell phone conversations with AR (IIRC, could be wrong). KC told him that CA could not babysit because she (hurt her back, I think) could not hold her head up. She went on to say something like people in the medical profession don't know how to treat themselves. At the time when I first read that, I thought that CA took something that pretty much knocked her out. KC lied about Zanny in traffic blah blah and she never did get a sitter that night. I know this is a bunch of lies but something in that conversation about CA stuck with me. I don't think it's true that CA even took anything that evening, but I'm thinking that maybe it's a defense argument?
I read my post and it's not very clear as to what I'm asking.
Could the defense say that perhaps, maybe the night of the big argument, CA gave something to KC to calm her down. What then happened was a drug induced psychosis and that KC cannot remember anything that took place. Therefore she would be innocent in the crime. CA would be guilty of administiring drugs without a prescription and all the fallout would be upon CA, I hope that makes more sense. Anyway, is that possible?
