There is a document that is a statement from one of the Target cashiers where KC used one of Amy's checks to purchase $155 worth of merchandise. Within the statement it says that KC presented the check and also a Florida drivers license as ID. Presumably this was Amy's driver's license?

Did Amy ever state that her drivers license was stolen along with her checks? How and when did KC get her drivers license, if anyone knows?

Could this be what the police officer removed from KC's wallet the night of July 15/16 when they dumped the contents of KC's bags out onto the floor of the Anthony home?

Maybe I just missed this, but the fact that KC had Amy's drivers license was news to me!

She was charged with using someone else's ID , so yes, it very likely was Amy's.

Wonder if Amscot have video of her dumping the car? I read somewhere that they did, she apparently circled the place a couple of times before settling on the place to park - but I don't vouch for that information, it's just my recollection.

I am wondering the same thing! I could be wrong, but I think I heard a long time ago, they never retrieved a video. Fingers crossed there is a video!

Regarding the new defense motion to allow alleged evidence that Mr. Kronk might have killed Caylee:

1. Does Strickland hear the motion argued and then decide at that time whether or not to allow it to come in at trial?

2. If he rules against the defense, does that give them ammo for appeal - saying all evidence was not allowed?

TIA

I always wondered if the prosecution or defense asked the public for the guys who helped push her car into the parking spot to come forward. I'm sure someone would have come forward to collaborate her story by now.

The "creaction officers that loved Casey so"....

Could it be Roy Kronk's g/f got some info out of Casey?

In place of food, of course!

I am glad Dominick has to get deposed. I hope seeing what they are doing to Kronk wakes him up and he puts his misguided silence on the shelf.

In the video from Lee's myspace where his roommate was taped up with duct tape, I never saw the video, only a still photo taken from it.

questions:

who is it who was all taped up, Brian L? When was it posted?

And who did the taping?

thanks in advance

From WESH.COM posted 11/18/2009

The Anthonys' attorney said Kronk's personal life and the circumstances of discovering the remains are different things. George and Cindy Anthony's attorney said all they want is the truth from Kronk and not dirt about his past.

"They have been vilified unfairly. They know what it's like to be under a microscope unfairly and they don't want that to happen to someone who found their granddaughter," attorney Brad Conway said."

Contrary to what Conway said in the above quote, I keep thinking I recently saw e-mails between Cindy and someone else wherein Cindy was eagerly looking for "dirt" on Kronk! Before I spend even more time looking for documention on this, is there anyone here who could point me in the right direction? Or am I just imagining things? TIA.

Friday, I just found something interesting. Kronk's exwife was one of the people that spoke out against him. I'm going to look for the original court doc with this info, but my son has an away game today, so I won't be able to spend much time until later & tomorrow. I'm thinking you may have better capabilities, so if you find it before me, please post. Wow! To think this is somebody that they unofficially took info from. She was not sworn in, and the interview was buy a pi, so please keep in mind it's not a true deposition.

Mods, I beg of you to keep this info as it's pertinent to Kronk. This woman spoke out against him. I'm going to look for official documents regarding this.

Here's what I found:

Just a minor addition, instead of copying & pasting tons of stuff, there's an over-abundance of info at that same link just provided. Pretty interesting.

Unsolved posted a picture from it on another thread.

The still photo is hard enough for me to look at, I can't imagine the video :(
I'm so glad people like Unsolved saved things like this early on, thanks Unsolved :) I wish I had saved a lot more in the early days of the case.
Anyway, anyone who can tell us more about the video, i.e. who did the taping, etc, thanks in advance

I am trying to find all interviews of Casey Anthony by LE. So far I have 3:

- interviewed individually by Melich
- interviewed by Melich and Allen
- interviewed by Wells (directly following interview #2 above - Melich and Allen left the room and Wells interviewed KC alone)

The only other possibilities I can think of are:

- the day KC was indicted by the GJ. Not sure if that's actually considered an interview. With Savage and one other LE, then Baez arrived.
- the recording in/outside the car on the GJ indictment day. Not sure this is considered an interview either.

Are there any other LE interviews of KC I'm missing?

TIA

DCF interviewed Casey when she was out on bond, and their report has been included in the discovery. They also met with Casey once or twice later on in the jail.

IIRC I think she just used her own ID as she did sign Amy's check with her own name. Amy would have needed her ID to go to PR (getting on board the plane etc). I remember watching the Target video and the checker did not even look at the ID she just swiped it in her machine along when processing the check. She did not even look to see if the names matched the ID or the check nor did the checker(s) look to see if the signature line matched the name on the check.

Didn't know where else to put this...did we know that KFN is no more?

Okkkk - I am not only "TotallyObsessed" but totally confused. The new motions filed today by the A team......the 255 pager.....am I missing something here. They want the Florida Death Penalty Law redefined? They want the State to change the jury instructions? They want the sun and moon too, right?

Why are they filing death penalty phase motions before their client has even gone to trial?

Hi Totally Obsessed - RHornsby actually commented in his thread that this is standard procedure with a death penalty case:innocent:
