Dr. Drew said something about the neighbor's husband was out that nightas well and was not allowed back at the house? Acrimony? Did someone catch that?

I saw that, Lancelot. That just doesn't raise any red flags with me. What was Dr. Drew trying to suggest?

Whoa. Like, he came home and wasn't allowed back in? Was there a fight or some other reason, or did he just happen to come home and wasn't allowed in? My brain is going to 'clean up' here.

ETA: Nevermind - Pinkhammer cleared it up

Samantha and her husband are estranged.

I Heard on Dr. Drew somthing about the neighbor's too, that they were seperated and I took it not on good terms?

I saw that, Lancelot. That just doesn't raise any red flags with me. What was Dr. Drew trying to suggest?

Maybe he was trying to suggest another person of interest?

But why would an estranged husband snatch the neighbor's child and not his own? (Samantha's 4-year-old.)

Adult time? I would think that is something that goes on 24/7 when you're a responsible parent with a baby and young children in the house. I think she wanted child time. She is very immature. This female has very poor judgement and appears to want to explain away her bad behavior.

I sort of considered the click click click was from a child proof bottle... a cold remedy. Maybe nyquil to hush a fussy baby for this "adult time". I worked ER for a decade.. so-called "parents" actually do this.

That's another possibility, or even some of the wine if DB didn't want Lisa to disturb her "adult time"?

:(

A nice glass or 2 of wine is ok. Saying one is drunk the night their baby goes 'missing' after drinking a box of wine is for me ridiculous and pure neglegent.

Who parties on Monday nights anyway? Usually not parents with children.

I just don't think parents of children should drink to get drunk when they are the ones who should be watching the children. :banghead:

imo

Agreed... getting drunk when your child is sick is definitely ridiculous.. but not really evidence or an excuse. She has come off with the black out thing and somehow thinks this will excuse her if evidence is found that points to her. Her defense atty needs to tell her it may be mitigating to a jury, but not exculpatory.

Well, she didnt get the BOX of wine to look at it. :) No mother regardless of drunkenness kills her child out of the blue. Causing a drunken accident maybe... but you have to have it in you to do it even under the influence. Having a "black out" isnt exculpatory. She is still responsible for her actions IF a jury is following the law and not their emotions. The defense just wants to be sure to play on the emotions of potential jurors.

A woman on another board had an interesting take on it.. she said she thought that she killed the baby on accident and called the brother/guy who got the wine with her.. drank the wine to help her have the guts to dispose of the body. Interesting idea.

I was thinking something similar to the woman, except I was thinking maybe Debra drank to give her the liquid "courage" to do w/e she may have done to and with Lisa, making me think that this could have been preplanned ? :waitasec: Just a thought

It is very likely that temp dropped to about 60 degrees by 10:00pm that night. It had dropped to 51 degrees by 4:00am. That concrete sloop got pretty cold. I have a hard time believing these two were sitting there the entire time.

With Dr. Drew, who knows? I had to step out of the room to investigate a canine uprising and when I came back he was already into the tidbit. I was just wondering what it was about. Has anyone talked to the neighbor?

But did the guy disappear? It's just strange that he wouldn't have ever been mentioned before.

Yes, she did and No, Ashley did not have to be present when the call WAS NOT MADE/OR NOT RECEIVED.. the reason Ashley knows there was NO CALL MADE OR RECEIVED at or around 2:30am from either of the 2 functioning cell phones in question IS BECAUSE SHE IS AWARE THAT HER BROTHER/DEB DID NOT PAY THE CELL PHONE BALANCE THUS RESULTING IN BOTH OF THOSE 2 FUNCTIONING CELL PHONES TEMPORARILY HAVING THE SERVICE DISCONNECTED DURING THE TIME IN QUESTION, INCLUDING THE "alleged" CALL MADE/RECEIVED AT/AROUND 2:30am Oct 4.

That is how Ashley is privy to having and knowing that specific information and chose to tweet the truth to dispel one of the many or multiple inaccuracies being reported..

The cell phone used to call 911 IS NOT IN ANYWAY RELATED TO THE SERVICE PROVIDED TO their 2 personal cell phones.. It is a work issued phone and the service is provided thru a business service contract that Jeremy Was NOT responsible to pay for it's monthly service.. This phone was not in the home that night, but rather was on Jeremy's person..

But all in all ppl will choose to believe what they'd like about what is true and/or accurate info/details of this case.. We do not have to all agree either way;)

DB said possibly more than five less than ten. IIRC. :)

Somehow, I don't see DB as the stemmed-wine-glass type, so the "glass" she used could have been a 16-oz. tumbler! Kool-Aid, anyone? jmo

I agree. There is nothing out there. No chairs, nothing. I'm glad to hear that LE has confiscated the hard drive. I'm guessing computer room is where most of the adult time was taking place.

He didn't really go into it, just said he didn't know if it was confirmed but the neighbor who was drinking with DB wouldn't let her husband back home that night. So I imagine DB and the neighbor were stewing over men. I don't know what else to get out of it.

I wonder what will be found on the hard drive.

Parents are requesting the hard drive back so they can publish more "videos of Lisa." (as per NG)
