Thinking outside of the box for a second, the carpet that was shown being carried out of the house may have been on top of the carpet in the parent's bedroom.

I also thought that maybe the Irwin's switched the carpets? Remember LE wanted footage to check if things were different inside the house? If you look in the new video, the carpet is not stapled top the floor. Maybe they had the old carpet from the same room in the shed and switched it. JMOO

Completely O/T but since things are slow here I thought I'd ask for a few prayers. LSAT scores will be posted with the next few hours, my son took the LSAT last year and scored a 158 and was awarded several full scholarships, which I of course thought was fabulous...but he wasn't willing to accept 2nd best and turned them down. He has studied his butt of for the past year while holding down a full-time job and retook the LSAT...now we are sitting on pins and needles waiting on the scores. I'd really appreciate your prayers for a 170 or better for him. Thanks and I now return you to your regularly scheduled thread topic. he was not telling the truth. He knew then they had suggested something happened before he ever went to work. He has never been cleared.

I suggested some time ago that Baby Lisa might have been deceased prior to Jeremy having left for work. This is one of the reasons that I have compared Lisa's "disappearance" to the HaLeigh Cummings case. I firmly beleive that something happened to HaLeigh before Ronald left for "werk", and the plan to dispose of the little girl's remains (and probably incriminate Misty Croslin) was set in motion. Likewise, I think there's a good possibility that Lisa was hurt (or worse) during the day or even the previous night after the "birthday party" at the Irwin home, and the clean-up effort was in place - along with JI's alibi - by mid-afternoon. jmo

Thanks for the link..must've posted as I was posting requesting a link.. As for Jeremy having an "air tight alibi" I can't answer as I'm not one who is claiming that as a confirmed fact.. Back to the 2 hour period of time and Jeremy involved in an accident with Lisa..

Its obvious the two hour window of time is before going to the nightshift.. He says that they asked him if there was an accident with Lisa during thise 2 hours that he was at home and that Deborah found about the accident later.. That is indicating it's the two hours prior to his nightshift and not all insinuating that he came home at 2am..

IMO this is absolutely SOP for missing children.. They are talking about their being interviewed early on and of course with LE not knowing where or how Lisa was taken at all(especially early on) they're going to propose an "out" for each of the parents by giving the accident theory.. That's exactly what they were doing with Jeremy for the small window of time they knew he was home with Lisa.. In hopes that if that indeed happened that LE could persuade him to confess.. As I Said SOP and nothing unusual at all.. It certainly IMO IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ANYTHING WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE NEIGHBOR's ACCT.. as some purposed that LE questioning Jeremy about an accident in that 2 hours he's home with Lisa meant that the neighbor NEVER SAW LISA! it's absolutely in no way indicative of that whatsoever and is nothing more than a SOP that LE use especially in the beginning stages of the investigation..

IMO it has zero meaning or indicators toward or about anything what happened to Lisa nor when she died or was or wasn't seen by the neighbor.. IMO it is irrelevant and holds no value. Jmo, tho!

I think it needs to be remembered that the video taken of the the walk thru of the home was after the 17 hour search that LE performed. The family, to my knowledge, has not been back in the house to arrange anything. The mattress in Lisa's crib was seen raised on one end and it was clearly not like that before. So my guess is that LE placed it that way when doing the search. The wine box on the stove could have been placed there to be photographed by LE and was not returned to where they found it. The baseball bat and guns again could have been placed by LE to be photographed and left where they are. The baby swing is no longer in Lisa's room but was also not listed on the list of items removed from the home. If I am not mistaken I believe that I saw it in the computer room to the right of the window in the Today Show video this morning. It was either the swing or a baby walker, I am unsure now which one it was exactly. LE is not going to clean up after themselves when they are done with a search. They will leave things where they put them and leave it for the family to clean up later. Anything that is out of place or seems odd after a 17 hour search should (IMO) be taken with a grain of salt.

Was the youtube account opened before it was released to the media or set to private or set to semi-private where only the people who you send a link to it can see it?

I have youtube's set all three ways on my account. Was the account named in such a way that anyone could find it?

Sorry Doc, I can't answer that as I didn't see it until the news printed it. I do know there were time stamps dating them is all. I didn't know you tube had a private setting but if I had thought about it I guess I would have assumed. I don't have an account there but I do facebook and myspace etc., so I kinda know the drill....sorry maybe some one else knows and will respond.

But if she was expecting JI to be home from work by 10 or so she wouldn't have been the only adult there to care for the children. Perhaps the reason she stopped drinking and went to bed at 10:30 was because she realized that he was not going to be there until later and she needed to sober up.

Again IMHO.. She claims Lisa was not feeling well and she had two sons who needed to be in bed long before 10:30 IF they attend school, and I believe I have read they both do... JMHO..

ETA,,Not to mention the four year old who belongs to the neighbor she claims she was drinking with sitting out on the stoop...JMHO

Oh, I know he is full of it but that quote is the only thing I am finding refrencing him being cleared, having an ironclad alibi, etc. The fact that it came from him not LE makes it pretty worthless to me but I was just trying to figure out where the the alibi/cleared chatter came from. I'll have to check videos later (time to cook now) but that one statement is all I can find in print.

The part in the video where the attorney is in Baby Lisa's room and show the framed print of the hand and foot -- to the left of that on the wall is a splatter of some sort. I think the lighting from the camera was hitting it just right to have it show up. Could be milk from baby throwing a bottle? Could be anything really, just wondered if anyone else saw it. Also, other thoughts -In the parents room, on the floor by the stand up fan and the rifles, the outlet has no cover on it. Guess the home is not child proofed with guns and electrical outlets where a baby or child of any age could get harmed. Also, why were there boxes and a carseat type thing in Lisa''s bed? Was she sleeping in the carseat thing on top of the boxes or what? and lastly, how does anyone know JI is the biological father?

Very good first post and some good questions. Not having the cover on an electrical outlet is something that shows laziness. It costs a couple of bucks to get one of those covers, and if any one should know how dangerous an electrical outlet could be, it's an electrician. Lisa could crawl for sometime already so it is long past due to have that stuff covered already. imoo

The guns are worrisome too with 2 young boys in the home. I hope the bullets are locked up tight.

You will have to scroll down and watch the video. They talk about the computer and wanting the videoes from the hard drive at the end.
Now, this is not where i read that they want the hard drive back. I believe I read it on the KMBC site a day or two ago, but now I can't seem to locate the article.

BUT, this interview is very interesting. Notice JI says, "That's how she always was."
And DB says 6:40. "I looked at the clock and she had been in bed."

I'll keep looking for the article. And I will post this video in the parent interview thread. If I can figure out how to get just the video...
