I completely understand and respect what LE is doing, and if they need to keep things from the public in order to not jeopardize the investigation I totally understand . However, I wish they would confirm or dispel certain rumors. Why would you want random untrue theories flying around? I hope the reason LE is so hush hush is because they are pursuing something they believe will bring baby Lisa home.

If this story is true, maybe the husband could go under hypnosis and see what he can remember

  • #863
but if I remember correctly-her first story was her husband saw the man when he was driving home from work and came in and told her what he saw and she should call police and she did not,now she is saying-she was standing by window and saw man herself!

I would likely change my opinion on this witness (credibility) if you can link me (us) up with that story. The only one I've seen or heard her tell...was him leaving for work..and him calling her from the car to ask her to call police if she still saw the man with the baby. But she no longer saw the man. Something along those lines. I can't find a different version. If there are two versions...that is really hinky!

Paul Batista, Def Atty: [LE should] focus their attention on t mysterious man coming out of the woods-we're talking about parents traumatized about their missing baby

If neither of them could even see the race of the man, it doesn't sound like either of them has even gotten a good look. It was dark, midnight, so how sure they are it even was a baby? Certainly they didn't call the police right on the spot.

Exactly, JJenny. The eyes can certainly play tricks in the dark of night.

Last night I was walking my dog, and was suspicious of a man I saw standing in a yard up the street as he was just standing there staring at us. As we got closer, I realized it was a freaking CACTUS. Jeez, I even had my glasses on!

If he ever has to testify in court that could present a problem.

What if it was not a baby at all? What if the guy was walking a dog and decided to carry it? My neighbor had two small dogs, he'd carry them around all the time. Maybe it wasn't an arm and a leg they saw, but paw and another paw?

Caller asks what's up with this guy not carrying a baby in the video clip, but even if he was carrying a baby, drawing attention to himself, it would make no sense. VinnieP said today that the media was responsible for finding this new clip. It doesn't have to make sense. It needs to fill in time on two back-to-back shows, and maybe three if Dr. Drew covers it. Getting

Let's talk about DB's hair now! Let's not. A baby is missing!

Geralyn-I am terrible at doing links, but she did do an interview with a local station I believe a couple days after this happened..I will try and find it,but I ask everyone here if they know the interview I am talking about, could they link for you..I am sorry

That's excellent questioning IWD. Send that to the station and see if they can ask the couple the same thing. :)

They probably have already asked. And of course the answer was that they couldn't tell the race of the baby. That's not much of a news story, so it was mostly likely left out, KWIM?

You know, just a quick note here. My son just asked me what was going on with baby Lisa, (he just turned 21, no kids). I asked him to put HLN on for me so he asked.. I said well the parents arent really talking but DB just got her hair done.. And without a hesitation he said to me "Got her hair done, if that was my kid, I would have pulled all my hair out of my head with fear and worry and wouldnt have any left to get done"... My sentiments exactly..

I wonder how this Defense attorney knows WHAT LE has or is focusing on.

On NG there was a photo of the bedroom with an arrow pointing to exactly where the dog hit. Did anyone catch that?

the fan is on that side too, so I take it that is her side of the bed but someone said the other day that tthe previous owner died in the house. What is this about dogs hitting on a poo nappy as decomp? not sure if I believe that or not.

I believe press was claiming "baby fit Lisa's description." Just like they claim that white blob is male.

cece-I don't know how I got your post mix up with the one I just posted..I m sorry for that!!

Hmmm ...

Caller into NG Show bringing up DB's new "hairdo" ...

JVM is agreeing after looking at the video ...

JVM comparing videos of DB and her "hair" ...

  • #877
NG Show ..

JVM discussing when DB told the local media she would not be interviewed because was "GRIEVING"

LE analyst says that that word -- GREIVING -- is SOMETHING they would ANALYZE ...

MOO ... I agree with him ...

Is this a term that a defense attorney would recommend they use as a response to media rather than say no comment? If I'm not mistaken the Anthony's also used that term before they knew Caylee was dead.

No, I don't believe anyone said previous owner died in the house.
