But it does show how easy it is for someone or some body to get lost in a large rural area. In the second case, it seems like he could have just wandered off due to his mental condition and got lost? It does sound like another case where search dogs would have helped.
Foul play might be possible, but why would anyone murder anyone in that condition, except perhaps as a mercy killing. The most likely foul play would be at his own hand.
