I guess the point is ... if it was ever an accident why was ICA willing to sit in jail for a day, never mind a week, never mind a month, never mind a year ... or two?

If it was ever an accident and ugly coping afterwards ... it would have been prudent to reveal that info quickly since ICA could have been freed or at worst got a light sentence.

ICA would at least share that fact with her pen pals in jail and, CA would be shouting it from the rooftops.

Sure you can plant seeds of an accident in Jurors minds to reduce the horror of duct tape on a baby's mouth, as well as float it was to deal with fluids or ... staged.

Given all of the other facts and the time that has passed waiting for trial ... eventually becoming indigent ... makes ICA look very guilty.

Because they will try to get the mental health expert to say Casey was "ugly coping" after her daughter drowned.

She had post traumatic stress syndrome.
She was abused and raped as a child, and she copes in strange ways.
blah blah blabbity blah...

She copes like her mother copes. Goes into denial (thats why cindy denies caylee's death) Like mother like daughter yada yada.

Going for the sympathy card. She's crazy. Look at her overbearing mother. Look at her suicidal father. Look at her abusive brother.

I would tend to believe that KC doesn't hold a candle to Manson's crazy, particularly with all of the psychedelics and the freakin x/swastika he carved into himself as some sort of trial fashion statement....and look where he is....

TP certainly didn't deliver as promised in early reports today. I see nothing that shows proof of homicide any more now than before. In fact just the opposite.

Incidentally, not to thwart the defense...and even though it rains a lot in Florida, particularly in Orlando...it just so happens that it was (if you plug in the date of June 16th and the Anthony's zip code on the weather underground) there was a serious thunderstorm in their zip code...which would make swimming in the pool a JOKE. Good point--if Casey had just put the duct tape over Caylee's mouth to keep her quiet but later found her dead, the subsequent partying and being "giddy" suggests that she was half-hoping for that result to begin with.

Then the jury has to ask themselves-who the heck puts duct tape in their child's hair and expects to remove it later?

If the Defense provided a 'preview' of the Depo then the exclusive was done only on the basis that certain propaganda would be spun in a certain way and they were working on how.

Of course, a toddler who is crying with duct tape on her mouth will soon suffocate anyway. But is it possible that Casey didn't realize that and thought she could just keep Caylee quiet that way? (This would still be 1st degree murder IMO, due to the child abuse.)

If I were Dr. G, I would have told CM, sure, it's a possibility that she was dropped into the pool with duct tape over her mouth and around her wrists, and THEN she drowned...

But JA did. He specifically states *nose* at the 2 minute mark. So I wonder why Dr. G would say otherwise? Thanks!!!

KC has sworn to her story that ZFG took Caylee from her and refused to give her back. So, in order to change that to Caylee actually drowned and she was so scared of CA that she staged a kidnapping would require KC to allocute would it not?

An accidental death does not take 31 days to report. Are you going to use the story that Casey was so scared of what Cindy might do that she could not report that her baby, Caylee, had accidentally drowned? Prove it! Prove that Casey was so utterly terrified of Cindy Anthony that she did not report the accidental death of Caylee Anthony. Casey Anthony has robbed her mother, Cindy Anthony blind for years... without FEAR! She has lied to her mother, Cindy Anthony, for years... without FEAR! She lied about graduation... what did Cindy Anthony do? She threw her princess, Casey, a graduation party and blamed the school for Casey not graduating. Casey has lied about working at Universal Studios and Sports Authority... when George found out that Casey was lying about her job... what did Cindy Anthony do? She jumped on George for getting in Casey's business and told him to stop "checking up" on her. And if we are to believe a word that has come out of Cindy Anthony's mouth the past few years... You do remember the nanny? The woman that Casey claims to have been watching Caylee for the past year and a half-two years? The woman she has known for four years that LE, with all the technology that we have today, could not locate? The nanny that no one has ever seen outside of Casey Anthony? The nanny that Casey claims that she left her two-year-old baby with at Sawgrass Apartments.... never mind... Jay Blanchard Park... dang it... I mean she simply was watching Caylee for a dew days... on June 9th, 2008.... oops, wrong date... June 16th, 2008... and she never returned Caylee to Casey? The same day, on June 16th, 2008, when Caylee was not returned to Casey... oops, I mean died accidentally in the pool... Casey went to her boyfriend's house just a few hours later and rented movies about murder and missing children? Oh, did I mention that Caylee was DEAD IN HER TRUNK and a scene in the movie "Untraceable" that Casey rented with Tony had a body, inside a black trash bag, inside the trunk of a car? Did I also mention that the movie "Untraceable" that Casey rented had a "Timer" that was set for each person that was murdered and Casey had a password "Timer 55" that ironically if you count from June 16th to August 9th (Caylee's birthday and what I believe Casey felt was how much time she had to get out of dodge) was 55 DAYS!

They seem to have thought of everything. But literally...if you plug in the Anthony zip code during the afternoon of the 16th of June 2008....I believe their zip code got close to an inch and a half of rain. I used to have it on my old computer...but I did do the research. I know people are aware of and deal with massive rain in Florida...but this was I believe during 2-4 pm or at the tail end of 2 pm...on the 16th...it was a pretty massive storm. I just can't remember their zip code or I would plug in the link. All you have to do is go to the weather underground website and plug in the date and zip code and there you go.

No, they don't have to have someone actually testify that she drowned. They just have to try to get the experts to say that the evidence is consistent with drowning.
