It's mentioned the the Thread for the hearing this morning...concerning the mental health expert during mitigation

The easiest way to determine brain damage is with a 72-hour ambulatory EEG or an MRI. None of which a mental health expert is trained in. Neurologists administer these tests.

What date was it that George and Cindy "apparently" saw the pool ladder moved?

I just have a very difficult time believing what they say. I think it may also have been a feeble attempt on George and Cindy's part to give ICA an "out" ...it was an accident theory.

I think it was June 17th..but will have to go and look for it..I think it's in the Pool thread.

IIRC, Cindy came home from work and saw the pool ladder by the pool and called George about it..asking if he put it up or forgot to put it back...you know giving him Carp about it..

I also believe Casey had dumped Caylee on suburban temporarily, with plans to move her to a better spot later. She was then "thwarted" when she got back to the site, and saw all the animal activity had shredded the bag, and had no opportunity to find a better spot. MOO

I read the judge only said that as an EXAMPLE. Not as something concrete.

sorry should have included "childhood" was mentioned along with brain damage.

I think they are going back to when Casey was young and maybe something happened...but I don't know.

Pauda, Sorry to get things all mixed up...

In addition how Cindy would never forgive her. So afraid of her mother.

See now, I actually could believe this.

In Casey-world, I think Cindy is judge, jury and god.

Not that I think that makes a bit of difference as to her responsibility for this murder.

DROWNING?? REALLY??? How are they going to explain the Chloroform in the trunk, the computer searches for Chloroform, neck breaking and household cleaners? These are just the first of MANY questions that come to mind first. I seriously wonder if the Duh-fense team thinks anything through before they float their BS.
What the ????

Won't ICA have to testify and admit she lied about the "Zannysitter"? Is the defense going to tell the jury to just ignore their client sitting at their table and go with the version they made up for her?

This is all incredibly unbelievable!!! But hey.....this is JB and CM we're dealing with here!!

JB has already called his client a liar on tv. I believe he'll continue to call her a liar.

So there IS a little truth in ALL THEIR LIES. I should have paid more attention way back when Cindy made a deal about the pool and the ladder, blah blah. It's all gelling for me now.

I always, until today, firmly believed Caylee was killed in the car (probably in her car seat) and was tossed in the trunk. Taken out the next day to bag, etc.

But now I'm thinking pool all the way. Again, thanks CM!!!

I think the chloroform was in whatever industrial strength cleaning agent they used to deal with the trunk.

I do think Casey despised and feared her mother equally. But if the jailhouse tapes come in (please Judge please) the jury will only see the despise portion of that equation. (Gimme Tony's number! Why is SHE crying already?!) The fear part is deep and twisted and comes from YEARS of emotional and psychological abuse. It's complicated. It'll be presented during mitigation but that will be too late.

(We) I was (were) joking about that part. No "child" who steals that amount of money from her mother's bank account and clenched her fists and blows her cork as in the jail video is "afraid" of her mother or what her mother thinks. But she does know her mother would insist on knowing every detail of what happened and start wailing and carrying on about Caylee and ICA had had quite enough of that - thank you very much.

I agree. In fact it seems Cindy was more fearful of Casey then Casey was of Cindy.

Look at the time George wanted to confront Casey about her lies (working at sports authority etc) Cindy said ..NO, i'll handle it. But, did she?

When Casey pulls tantrums, Cindy calms her with sugary words "sweetheart etc"

Cindy does not scare Casey. Imo

I wonder if he ever called her a Liar to her face....

Well, who would have thunk it! And from CM! Well, I guess he is good at what he does because here we are doing a complete turnaround after looking at the evidence for months. Part of me is not happy about this at all.:maddening:

I've just realized I will grab on to any credible somewhat logical explanation offered as long as it finds her completely maliciously guilty! So sad - going to do some work now.

I'd bet he did..but used flowery words like Half truth, Misspoke. Seems everyone likes to shelter ICA from the harsh reality.

LOL, me too! I feel like a bowl of jello. Just this morning I put out a whole different theory on the "What Happened to Caylee" thread and now I'm all in the Pool Camp.

I obviously can only think 5 minutes ahead. :banghead:

It's OK logical girl. The accidental drowning in the pool "trial balloon" is stupid and defies belief and logic. I hope they go with it. The jury is going to hate her guts.
