I don't have my laptop with me and that is where the timeline that I made is, but that looks about right.

I'm referring to the one where he is around the school just as classes start when he posted on his Facebook that good things are coming his way. To me that makes MTR look like an active participant in the abduction.

As far as changing his mind that he wasn't going to Guelph, it's possible that they decided this was going to be the day after MTR made his plans with BA. He could've changed his plans with BA, but he's an addict. He needed those drugs.

I know that there are innocent explanations for each instance where MTR looks guilty. And if there were one or two such incidents I don't think I be comfortable saying I think he's guilty. But it's not just one or two things.

This video has a copy of MR's bank transactions at approximately 1:06. You can see that a deposit of $400 went into his bank account at 9:47 that morning.

Then, at 10:01, he commented on his FB about the good things coming his way. Maybe his comment was as simple as him being happy that the money he was expecting had come in and he could now go to pick up the percocets. He then went to the ATM and withdrew the $400 at 11:10.

So far, there have been no witnesses to confirm that he even did change his mind about going alone. I suppose that could be just another one of TLM's discrepancies in her various statements and something that we'll never know for sure.

Snipped for space:

I was asking the same question a week ago. So why the heck would he go back to her house and ask her to go to Guelph with him. I can't see MR wanting to bring a child and her babysitter to Guelph with him to pick up some drugs. Doesn't make sense. So I have to believe TLM's scenario.

All within an hour too, if she's to be believed.

McClintic and Rafferty bought drugs together. He dropped her off at the employment centre. Told her he was leaving town for the day.

McClintic left the employment centre around 2. Called a friend who wasn't home. Then she walked home. Rafferty was waiting there.

Rafferty asked if she wanted to go to Guelph. McClintic said yes. They drove towards Oliver Stephens.

Bolded by me above... I wondered if the Facebook post was to let any facebook friends that might be purchasing drugs from him know that he was about to pick up more drugs to sell ? Kind of Code for more inventory is on it's way ??

Are you local?
I've lived in the Woodstock area for over 40 years and my kids went to Oliver and CASS, so yes, I'm local. I'm familiar with all the streets mentioned and drive by many of the locations each week. However, I've never met any of the people involved.

Maybe MR wanted a younger child that wouldn't be a reliable witness. Maybe was not in the plan to murder the child but when TLM teturned with an older child..one who could point the finger at him... he or they decided it would be better to do away with her. Maybe thats why they didn't have any bags or hammer with them. MMO.

That is a good theory! one that I myself have thought about.

Yes, and then withdrew $80 of it at 17:03. He doesn't seem to like to keep any money in his account. It looks like he withdraws it as soon as it goes in.

That's the 80$ he paid BA with for the Percs in Guelph, just before they took TS to Mount Forest :(

Correction: That is the money that he withdrew to pay for the hammer and g-bags.

It's two miles from the 401. Check again. JMO Sorry, 3.2 miles and 7 minutes away from the school.

Yes, that's true. But then every place in Woodstock is "close" to the 401. I see now why you mentioned it, because it's on the search map and TLM said she and MR drove by there. Being a Catholic school, I'd think that there would be fewer kids walking home and more going on buses, but that's JMO. If they had abducted a child from there, they probably would have gone east on Devonshire and then south on Road 4 to get to the 401.

Nope that was the money for the home depot purchases, he had already been to BA's house by that time and I think he paid her $300.

Wasn't he picking TLM at the same time.

Erm oops that's what I meant ;) blah

Because he wanted to rape a child. He told her he wanted a younger child, IIRC. This could explain the grumpiness he showed during the car ride to Mount Forest. JMO

This is way out there but I wonder if he never intended on murdering the child? I wonder if Tori's age and ability to convey information to LE was the reason for the home depot stop. JMO

I have to remember to read all the post before I reply! I just said this very same thing. So sorry!

It's hard to believe TS was not targeted by TLM. MTR may not have known this. The fact that TM and JG names were notated in the home of CM and TLM, imo, are not a coincidence. I will never be convinced TS was not targeted, regardless of what TLM testified to.

MOO

Well, that's what's been alleged anyway. Since he already withdrew $400 earlier that day and only gave $300 to BA, and since it appears he already carried a hammer in his car, it's hard to imagine that he would think he needed $80 more to buy another one. In fact, he tried to take the whole $100 out, if I recall, and the ATM wouldn't let him.

Yes, I put it on the search map. Is every school in Woodstock close to the 401? This one is in North Woodstock to get to Guelph quicker and then north to Mount Forest. JMO

Oh but we don't really know when that hammer was put into his car. It could have been after that night.
