Nope that was the money for the home depot purchases, he had already been to BA's house by that time and I think he paid her $300.

Didn't TLM admit that she was the one who decided to buy the hammer and if so..........what did MR think he was giving her the money to buy? or did he giver her money?..........JMO

BBM I wondered that the other day as well when Derstine was asking the officer about EOA. Defense had not mentioned it the day before when the letters were discussed, and suddenly out of the blue the next day, Derstine is asking about EOA (East of Adelaide). Of course the poor guy was a forensics experts so he'd have no idea about gangs.

And I lived in London for about 3 years, on Adelaide south, and worked at the cuban cigar shop in the little mall across the bridge and I have NEVER heard of this gang either.

To be fair, I think if you check the tweets from April 4th and 5th, Constable Scoyne was only recalled after lunch on the 4th to testify about the home searches. Derstine didn't get his turn at cross examination until after the break on the 5th. He had no opportunity the day before to ask about EOA.

Out of the blue, o/t question, and forgive please if it's been asked before:

Does anybody know where the photo of Tori was taken, which appears on the freeze frame of the video posted in this link upthread?

Yes, she did. But then she changed her mind again and switched it back to him. And, no we don't really know if he gave her any money. We only have her saying that he did. Judging by her bank records, she had lots of money to spend at the 7Eleven.

I'm not sure. Could that be at Lubricare? Maybe JayFriend could help.

How do we know he paid BA $300 and not $400? I don't remember this is the testimony. Did I just miss it?

TIA,

I think the ban on publication was ordered to prevent the possibility of "tainting" a "future jury".

Now that the jury has been selected, and ordered by Judge Heeney not to read any media that discusses this trial, I am confident jurors will follow the Judge's orders explicitly.

Given that, there is no practical reason for anyone to post "red herrings" on a forum........other than to try to persuade other forum members.

JMO

I was answering someone's question as to whether or not LE monitors these sites, and IMO they do.
PLacing red herrings on these type of sites may happen as a way to test out theories on the general public, before a jury. IMO

I don't think so Salem. The pills he bought from BA were 3$ each. One of the tweets said that BA sold him a couple dozens whilst TLM said BA sold him a baggie full. So I'm not sure whose testimony to believe :) But if she did sell him a baggie full she would have sold him 100 pills to come up with 300$@3$ a pill, or a couple of dozen would be 24 pills at 3$ a pill which would be 72$.

As for the 400$ that was TM that said JG ripped someone off for 400$ worth of drugs.

I agree.

LE read the Caylee threads (one even posted for a bit) and there are posters who are pretty sure that Casey Anthony's defense team not only read Websleuths, but posted and tried out theories on the boards. They were even reading social media while the trial was happening to see how their defense was going over. I would not be surprised if that was happening with this case as well. (Throw out a few gang-related questions and if people in the blogosphere respond positively, well, maybe we'll go with that. Bloggers/message board posters think it isn't palusible? Well, let's go with a different theory.) IMO

Thanks HKitty - but isn't the $400 also the amount that MR took from the ATM in the morning? Before he went to get the pills? I'm not remembering exactly and will have to go dig up the MSM but I thought MR took $4000 out in the morning and then went back to the ATM before the home depot stop.

I can't remember either now if it was, but it sounds right! Altho someone earlier said he deposited 400$ as well, so I'm abit confused with all these numbers :)

Wasn't he picking TLM at the same time.

That's a good point. The $100 was deposited very close to the same time that they were driving past the school - within 7 minutes.

I'm thinking someone else made both of those deposits to his account. :moo:

I totally agree. It seems like he was watching for the deposits to go in so that he could withdraw them. JMO

I'm sure LE knows who deposited the money. If it isn't MR, that will be quite something. JMO

Snipped for space

I have been in London almost 4 years now and within the first 6 months i knew about the EoA but i also had a 14 year old child and a very over active mind so i seeked out the information about where i moved to and planned to live.

I see the graffiti on the mail boxs and the benches and stuff but it usually seems kidish stuff. I feel safe in London an we have a few "Gangs" here and our population is under 400k people. I know what areas to not drive around and such.

Anyways Sorry to hijack your post just got me thinking outloud :P
