She did the same thing last time, went one by one asking all the Jurors questions over again. He already explained his answers in great detail, why is the Judge allowing this- it's just a filibuster?

I can't believe it either, after all the time she spent on direct and re-direct, this is outrageous. I turned her off after about three minutes, I just can't take any more of her droning, repetitive 12 year old voice..., :doh: did I say 12 year old? :giggle: Seriously though, she just can't seem to get enough of herself and is apparently entranced by being on national television, probably records it so she can watch herself afterward. And does she really think this is helping her case? She must be totally disconnected, much like her client, imo. True soul mates, those two.

One good thing is, the jury is bound to be sick to death of it is hopefully fuming inside.

Thanks for the response. In what way are the heights and weights wrong? Also I realize some think there were no ropes including my wife. The testimony says there was albeit from the lying defendant. If there were ropes, why would she take only them and the gun from the scene?

I think the medical examiner would have been able to tell if he'd been bound with rope or cord. But I do not know how she subdued/overpowered him enough to avoid injuries herself (oops....except her "finger").

Why no pictures of the tying up incident as JA insisted this was one of TAs biggest fantasies. There were no ropes, just excuses for a knife to be handy.

Yes she was younger than 30 at the time of the crime. I know every state is different in terms of the age category.

She turned 28 on the same day the Grand Jury indicted her
She is now 32 yrs old looking well you said it above

Always a pleasure when Juan closes out the day and even better when he ends the week! We're getting closer to the end of the defense CIC lease: and closer to Juan's rebuttal and ultimately closer to justice for Travis and his loved ones.

My DH is officially into the case. He came home and sat down to watch the live stream. Then he looks all worried and I said don't worry, HLN is way behind, you can see Juan tear this guy a new one. YES! He's on board!:floorlaugh::great:

What's even funnier is that I roped my 71 year old Dad into watching this trial! He loves JM like I do and JA spooks the heck out of him.

Well, we all heard the questions for the test administered by whats-his-name. Just answer "yes yes yes yes yes," then say you have all the symptoms all the time....voila! PTSD. The Dr's opinion that you would have to be a genius or a psychologist to pull this off is not believable.
