SHe has gotten very thin. I think If I was on any type of trial, I would not be able to eat and would lose weight.

I think being a good sociopathic chameleon, she just "became" the look of a frail, low self esteemed, "abuse victim". Blech.

I just want to express how grateful Our family is to all of you for the loving support you have all shown us. Whether it's been support thru these pages, or thru your prayers, or thru sending us donations for our travel expenses, or thru sending us messages on facebook, or sending us Cards , Drawings of Travis, or making us Jewelry , quilts or gift cards and sending to them thru my PO box, or if its you coming to court and showing support, or thru tying your blue ribbons around trees, mailboxes, or by you wearing your blue ribbons , even your children showing support by setting up on the side of the street and doing a lemonade stand to help raise us money for our expenses in the hope we see Justice for Travis. Whatever it is that you have done to show us support, I can't even express how many tears have ran down my face , even as I write this, because my heart feels so much love from all of you, so much gratitude, so many people who are strangers who I've never met and never will meet her on earth, still showing so much love... I just want you to know you are all a part of my families love, pain, and endurance. You have all been here for us and we feel your love, we feel your sacrifice, we feel your support, and we Know Our Heavenly Father hears your prayers and He will not let us down, it's our faith in him and Jesus Christ that we will see Justice for Travis and feel the love The Lord has for us. We are all blessed that thru the Atonement we will return to live With Our Heavenly father, Jesus Christ, and our Eternal families again. The judge would have a lot of discretion to decide how to handle it. IMO she decided that the DT would have to keep a better eye on her. Next time she might decide something else. Cuffing to the chair would be a pretty serious choice, given the potential for making the jury think she flipped out and stabbed someone lol. Maybe the judge would try something like having a little separate table for her with no papers or pens on it.

In any event, the jury certainly wouldn't be told that she was passing notes.

I think if trials are going to be continually televised/Internet-ised, the game plan might need to be revisited. With a trial being viewed on TV/Internet, hundreds of thousands, if not more, are going to see things that might not be detected and/or noticed in a "regular" (read: 20th century, non-filmed) kind of judicial procdure.

The driver's license that I saw showed that Jodi was 5'4" and weighed 115. When she stood up to do the "linebacker lunge" demonstration, it was obvious that Jodi was taller than me (5'4"), and the defendant herself told the jury that she thinks she is 5'5" or 5'6".

In most of the photos that I've seen of Jodi, she definitely had to weigh more than 115. More like 130, I'd say, especially if she's 2 or 3 inches taller than the 5'4" that's indicated on her license. :moo:

Well a year before she was actually his girlfriend, but they broke up so it is possible her name was on the ticket or she was originally asked to go. A lot can happen in a year, people break up, start seeing new peeps, tires can be slashed, windows can be peeped into, etc etc etc ... I don't know how earth shattering this info really is, I mean when did Travis put her name on the ticket and when did he change it? Can that be proven, or is this just gossip?

The most interesting thing that Samuels has sad was he diagnosed her with personality disorder not otherwise specified because she had facets of different personality disorders, not just one. How can an "unbiased" expert not bring these up in their testimony? Seems quite telling he/his paycheck signers (the defense) did not bring this up!
Many here assumed personality disorder(s) long long ago! We are experts.. But I doubt the majority of us hold the required "advanced degree" in psychology to understand such disorders .... But I think she has elements of narcissistic, borderline and antisocial personality disorders.

I don't get the business about the family and friends being asked to remove their "Travis" ribbons. If I were sitting on a jury I would expect to see that. Even if I believed the defendant were innocent, I can't believe I would feel my judgment swayed by people wearing ribbons. You know the family is going to be there. You probably know who they are. Samantha, Steven & Tanisha are there every day. If I'm going to sympathize with them, I'd do it with or without the ribbons. Just seem ridiculous to me.

Plus, if I understand it correctly, you can't fix personality disorders -- so no therapy there! Not that he did any therapy, of course. Don't think "Your Erroneous Zones" would help either.

ETA: What I meant to say here is that so far, "Doctor" Doolittle has diagnosed her with things that can be cured. So if you were inclined to release her, you could do so with a light heart knowing that all would eventually be well in Jodiland. But a personality disorder -- can't argue that she won't stay the same.

HLN just had a woman the same size and weight as Jodi, pull a dummy the same size and weight as TA, through the their model bathroom they constructed on their set. She had no problem down the hallway and around the corner to the bathroom but it took some effort to get the dummy into the small shower stall.

I went back a watched the blood spatter experts testimony and saw something I never saw the first time I watched it.

I'm so glad you posted this video. I have been searching for anything that would show me which direction Travis' shower door opened. On HLN After Dark's re-creation of the bathroom scene they stated the door would open from left to right. That was WRONG!!! Your video proves the shower door opened from right to left. The importance of this is that when the shower door is open it may partially block the entrance to the closet. :seeya:
