I hope he reminds them of the binder marks, as he leads into his next bombshell lol It's been a long weekend, and I don't want Dr. Cheater PHD to forget he's been busted.

I cannot WAIT for Juan Martinez on Monday...Do y'all think he will start off with another subject other than the 3-ring binder marks on one doc and not on the other? I do. I think he will start off with a completely different subject and turn him around in circles and make his marks as he always does.....Woo-Hoo !!!

There are some red flag indications about Travis that would give me pause if my dd was dating him. The way-too-big house is one of them. He had big dreams. and he may have envisioned himself doing a lot of entertaining that required a big space, but it seems an odd choice for a single guy just starting out. I think his years living in a camper shell with his mom and 3 sisters might explain it.

great post!!!!!
For me it is so difficult seeing Arias satisfied. I tried to post "Arias is The Happiest She Has Ever Been. Enjoys Being the Star of Estrella," March 23 at 2:41am (I had a problem and could not get my post to 'load'). I do not understand why Sheriff Arpaio would reward Arias - feed the evil beast - by giving her first place in the caroling contest. Why is Estrella Jail putting on "shows" that are open to the public - IMO Arias will enjoy having her makeup applied as she gets ready for her adoring fans. Arias Estrella schedule of art class, education, and recreational activities (that read like a "what to expect on your holiday" from a resort website). Of course, non-criminals save their money to pay for their holidays, take art classes, take acting classes, ect. IMO, Arias feels like a Star - enjoying having her paintings displayed and available for purchase - enjoying knowing that she ruined Travis Alexander by butchering his body, his person, and his character. IMO, Arias enjoys "her" court room - "her" court room audience. Arias is so satisfied in court that she licks her chops! It disgust me! Arias feels as though she has won - No one can bring Travis Alexander back to life - No one can erase the savage mutilation that she did to Travis Alexander's body - No one can take back the lies that she told about Travis Alexander - Arias delights that the trial has become more about Arias' Fog, Arias PTSD, Arias Thoughts, Arias Feelings than about Travis Alexander being stabbed almost 30 times, almost having his head cut off, and being shot in the head.

PattyMI, I am so sorry that you accidently saw the pictures of Travis Alexander's butchered body taken by the medical examiner. The picture I saw of Travis Alexander's mutilated back overwhelmed me with such agony.

Colt46, You seem very insightful (with a talent to "read" people). Arias' joy of massacring Travis Alexander, and, vanquishing The Life of Travis Alexander (ensnaring Travis Alexander by duping him - devising an insidious conversation that Arias recorded setting Travis Alexander up - working to promote a "sketch" concocted from Arias' own imagination to pervert / distort the real Travis Alexander) - Arias' joy of massacring Travis Alexander's body and vanquishing Travis Alexander Character in Life radiates.

[QUOTE=This message is also for Thurston. Thurston, I also was on another website forum just reading the posts and without warning they included a headshot of Travis' crime scene photo with his gaping neck wound and I dropped to my knees and started crying. I cried all morning, I was a mess. I have always had mixed feelings about the death penalty but when I seen just that one photo, I said OH YES, DEATH TO JODI ARIAS! I never want to see another crime scene photo of him. I don't think I could handle it like some people can. That was enough for me and believe me, I have seen crime scene photos in the past. I hope my memory of that photo will fade away. I would rather remember Travis as he was in life. I was talking w/my brother today about the trial and he knows very little about the trial but commented that 'that trial should have been done a long time ago!" He said the trial with the grandmother who shot her grandson is already over with. I hope and pray the jury awards the murderess with the title of DEATH ROW INMATE! Rot in prison and in hell, Jodi Arias! PattyMI March 22, 2013 08:04 PM[QUOTE=

I agree. I never know where Juan is headed and neither do the witnesses. Juan is amazing that way. His technique worked perfectly because as Jodi was planning to lie, she never knew where he was headed so she ended up lying about everthing. Even stuff she did not have to lie about. She had to lie about every question becuase she thought it was something important.

The jury realized she was a total liar because Juans approach forced her to lie about everything. Even when some of the questions were not important to her guilt. It was wild. I have never seen an approach like Juan uses. It really is fascinating to watch.

My entire year would be made if Juan Martinez showed up in court on Monday with the page from Webster with the definition of the word "veracity" on it.

I think in terms of any success it needs to be looked at that, to Jodi, Travis had a lot she didn't. Stable-seeming employment doing something he obviously enjoyed; a home he was paying a mortgage as opposed to rent for; a couple of cars; tons of friends and family who respected, trusted, loved, and even admired him; and the distinct ability to be able to make a roomful of strangers laugh within minutes of meeting them. He was personable and charismatic.

Compared to Jodi - who I think can be said to have struggled in her personal relationships with others; had no viable career path and seemed to float from job to job; lived mostly, to my knowledge, only ever with boyfriends or family; had her own car repossessed and doesn't seem to have the same high opinion shared among many friends and family members.

I believe Travis would have appeared to be extremely successful to her - especially considering she's repeatedly mentioned the failings of previous boyfriends by which to compare.

MOO

Not watching the vids but "Even The Cat Knew She Was The Devil"

No doubt the cat had inside information. Any way we can make sure she's never part of any animal programs while she's in prison? I'd like to make sure she never has contact with animals post trial.

If she was taking care of a cat for a friend, why did she bring it to a shelter? More lies.

FBI sounds like a perfect assignment for him. He's a former US Marine, so one of our finest. :)

bbm
Wow, I didn't know that he is a Marine (once a Marine, always a Marine)! But I could/should have guessed as much. Another type hero. What an amazing man. Thanks for letting us know about his being a US Marine, Allyne!

I agree. She fell for and desired for herself the apparent trappings of success and popularity. Which is why I think she is really, really immature and stupid beyond belief.
She'll pay the consequence.

Good question? This is the story she told the lady caller yes? Perhaps she got herself a cat, then changed her mind and decided to just give it up. Also has anyone ever seen a cat shake? I haven't .. would take a fair bit of maltreatment I would suggest.

o/t but is there such a thing as an "auburn schnauzer" or is the auburn separate from the schnauzer? Every time I see your screenname I picture a schnauzer dog with reddish hair lol

Was that my question to you? I asked you "What exactly is your point here"? You respond with my username.

The beautiful Golden Eagle you see with the little AUBURN helmets in the background is "Nova". Nova is one of Auburn's eagles that flies the football field before every home game. It is a great tradition Auburn has. Nova is a male and about 13 years old now - We have another Bald Eagle "Spirit" that flies our field. She is about 20 years old now. Tradition. (See Southeastern Raptor Center)

You wonder why I use the "Auburn" part of my username with a picture of Auburn tradition and NOT a Schnauzer? I'll tell you why. I did until my little Schnauzer died last year.

Ex #535 (3/14)- Copy of official PSD scoring sheet, hand scored by Dick using answers from JA. Only includes scoring by Dick, no raw data (answers). Dick must have left the full PSD scoring sheet on his desk; JM requests that it be brought to court. Test score for symptoms is 17.

Ex #550 (3/21)- JM produces complete PSD scoring sheet without hole punch marks. Test score for symptoms is 15, different from previous Ex. 535. Dick confirms at no point in time did he provide this to the defense.

Dick is confused...JM asks him for copy of complete raw data sheet. Dick looks through notebook and finds one with hole punches "musta been here the whole time". Gives it to JM who enters it for evidence (we don't have an exhibit number on this yet). Dick asks to be able to bring it home, Judge tell him to talk to Nurmi.

Soooo...something hinky is going on.

In spite of lawyers not being smart enought to understand raw data, JM latched onto something big with this "expert".

Ex #550 presumably came from Janeen DeMarte, the upcoming expert witness for the defense.

We already know that the scores on Ex #535 and #550 don't agree. But the real kicker is going to come on Monday when we will find out if the scores on the yet to be numbered exhibit is the same as #535 or #550 or new score and how that compares to the yellow answer sheet (Ex 534).

Careless or fraudulent?

Stayed tuned for the next episode...
THank you so much for this post. It does clear up a few things, and of course, brings up lots of new questions.

I feel like this is going to be a big thing because of the way Juan went about
it. I noticed his pattern seems to be to start the cross with something weird and off beat, to throw off the witness. He started JA off with the ' calling her sis dumb' accusation. That was very unexpected, and threw her off guard. But it was also emotional for her. Then suddenly after making her upset, he goes sideways into the gas cans.

He started the DR off with the compassion/sympathy definition, and got him all upset and self righteous, then suddenly pullled out this paper and BAM. The Doc looked very nervous, imo. And JW jumped out of her seat---end of court for the day.

It was smooth the way Juan took it right out of the doc's hand and said "lets mark this' and walked off with the paper. Very smooth. The doc seemed very concerned about getting that paper back. JMO

I can't wait until Monday. But if you place all the same papers together all the markings should be in the exact same place.

Dr. Janeen Demarte evaluated Jodi Arias for the prosecution. Her laptop containing JA's psychological profile was stolen from her home. She is expected to testify after the defense rests.

"Right now detectives are trying to figure out if this was a random burglary or if this had anything to do with the Arias case.

"It seems very suspicious. It could just a normal home burglary but this Dr. Demarte has been listed as an expert witness in publicly filed documents for over two years now, so who knows?"

http://www.myfoxphoenix.com/story/21010530/2013/02/06/expert-witness-in-arias-trial-has-home-burglarized

I thought I remembered Dr. Samuels saying something like, "I must have given you a copy because it's right here in my file."

Just checking for his correct quote, I was surprised to find so much of the trial testimony transcribed and available on CNN's website. This long exchange between JM and Dr. Samuels is broken up here and there by Jane Velez-Mitchell and her other guests, but apparently has most if not all of the Martinez/Samuels exchange for that day. I'm going to look at other days too. Thanks, CNN. :) http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1303/18/ijvm.01.html

As I understand it, the happy couple went on their honeymoon and left the cat deliberately without making accomodations for it. Jodi went to their house and left enough food and water for it to survive while they were gone, then considered taking it to a shelter since the happy couple didn't give a chit less. But that's just my take on it :)

He had two roommates. They probably all paid expenses.

Well, that's a new take on having an ambitious man with big goals for a son in law. Never knew big, nice house=red flag. I thought that was a plus...

That wasn't my take at all. I heard she shut the cat in a room with some food or water and left it for two weeks. When the couple came back the cat was acting weird and Jodi just said, "I guess I should feel bad about that, huh?" She was supposed to be taking care of it. Thank God that woman never procreated...

I was talking with a friend of mine who is a psychiatrist, he seems to think the errors the doctor is making are that of someone who has been practicing for only a couple of years, not 35. He believes that this doctor is purposely sabotaging this case. He said many people in the field do this because they believe the person is guilty and they don't want to be the one responsible for their release.
