i think it's required that anything like this be the originals too. i read somewhere that's the law.

we had a very informative discussion awhile back with AZ lawyer about these letters and what happened with the DT withdrawing right after it was determined they were forgeries (and i think that's according to the FBI.)

i wish AZ were here to remind me of it, but his (her?) legal opinion was that those letters will not come in and that some of her old DT got in big trouble over them too.

Well, he's got that whole thing about the two different scoring sheets and the two different results that he didn't get to finish on Thursday. We've all been speculating where he was going with that and I assume the jurors have as well. JMO

I have to admit, I'm a little flummoxed. Lol!

I don't see the attraction for him after he suspected her of slashing his tires and following him on his dates, to his new "girlfriends" houses, sneaking into his house and waiting in the closet, crawling through the doggy door and sleeping on his couch. I think that would set off warning bells for me personally.

However, maybe he was just very flattered by her over-zealous attention. His friends have said he was inexperienced, etc.

I've wondered about it as well.

But a healthy, thirty year-old heterosexual male is probably somewhat unlikely to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to a nymphomaniac -- as he described her to Taylor Searle -- begging for "generous facials" and pleading with him to let her perform "special mouth hugs".

I agree. My mom used to have a customer whose granddaughter was total goth, and she was a sweetheart, very smart too.

She was shy and a little awkward and made friends with a group of kids who liked to dress up as goth, but they were all good kids. Played video games, dust drink and party, etc.

I don't think someone should be judged by their appearance. Everyone is unique and finds beauty in different things. And a lot of kids go through a "goth phase" as you said.

I'm one of those that does not believe Travis knew Jodi was coming to his home. I'll list my reasons below.

There is a list of phone calls between Travis and Jodi that may show he had no idea she was on her way.

There are no other phone calls between Travis and Jodi after 6/3/08 at 8:34 pm. Jodi was in Sacramento, CA during the last phone call to Travis and claims to have decided at that time to go see him instead of going straight to Utah to see Ryan.

these calls.......those calls on 6/2 were long and they were from him. maybe this was a long argument or breakup talk. aren't there some short ones from her to him on the 2nd also?

then on the 3rd, are these calls short enough that it's possible she didn't talk to him? i can't remember the phone guy's testimony on that.

Yes, she's a big fish in a little pond right now in the jailhouse, but will that be enuff for the (I hope) rest of her life? And in a (I hope) quite different Corrections Institution when (I hope) she gets convicted of (I hope) 1st Degree Murder?

Again, I say, she's the most soulless and worst I've ever seen. :furious: .. JMHO.

It does take someone with a very deranged mind to believe they have won when they are in jail, and facing either life in prison or the death penalty. Was killing Travis really worth it? If only she could have just gone on with her life and forgotten about him. She was obsessed and out of control.

Scary to think she could ever be back in society.

Those were the only calls that were shown in court for 6/2/08 between them. I do believe that Travis was finally laying it all out there and telling Jodi that it was completely over. My belief of that comes from the disconnect between the two calls and then the immediate call back that Travis did. And yes, all of the calls on 6/3/08 are so short that it is very doubtful that Travis even answered them. I believe it was said in court that most, if not all, of them went to voicemail.

Yes, he did change it. He was talking about GTA for awhile then Wilmott asks if this is what Jodi has, he says no. I am thinking he changed it when he realized Disassociative Amnesia sounded better and made more sense. NG also talked about him changing up his diagnosis mid testimony.

As bad as his diagnosis of PTSD was, his testing, etc. for Transient Global Amnesia was probably worse. JMO
