Someone posted this Tawni Dilly YT vid last week ( sorry can't remember who!) but look at the 24 sec mark. Mitigation lady has papers hanging over rail while talking to Jodi's relatives and certainly looks like her mum( going by shirt she wore) is reaching for them.

Jodi Arias Murder Trial Day 31. The camera was still running after court had ended. Starts 0:16 - YouTube

This is what I heard got reported then Jodi and her sidekick Maria retaliated with the ribbon reporting. I saw the smug look as Maria walked in right after devastating aTravis family re the ribbons. Them she shared her smugfest with Jodi. She disgusts me aiding and abetting this murderer.

Listening AGAIN to RS answering juror questions, and for the life of me I can make NO sense of anything he's saying. Looking forward to the Wrath of Juan today.

I thought it might have been imitrex too.. but all of the new age migraine meds (to my knowledge) are taken bucally (under the tongue or cheek to dissolve)...she wouldn't have washed it down with water, IMO, atleast I don't.

And if it was an aspirin then she is FOS... aspirin is as good as water for a true migraine. And if she is only having headaches, then she needs to sit in court and take it...when you kill someone you have the unfortunate side effect of having to tough out your tension headaches like the rest of the world had to do when we listened to her bs.

I did have an Imitrex pill--it was white, but this was years ago. I use the shot now--I don't even know if the pill is still an option? I *do* know that it's expensive! I remember my Imitrex pills were $100 for 4 (but this is when it first came out--maybe there's a generic).

ITA that she needs to suck it up! When I get a migraine these days, I still have to take care of my 3 babies!!! I never thought I'd be able to even sit up with a migraine, but when you don't have a choice, it's amazing what you can do.

As usual, Jodi is FOS!

I remember hearing Samuels say that JA had overlapping personality disorders. Well that is what psychopaths have. Disorders that are overlapping.

I hope Juan follows up on that.

IMO

Transient Global Amnesia, disassociated amnesia, personality disorders, flooded hippocampus, PDST, etc, etc. What feeble claim is Samuels going to make next!! I'm waiting for JA's head to spin around and green vile spew from her mouth. Then Dr. Quack can claim she's possessed and that's why she can't remember slaughtering Travis.

do you guys remember the court representative (or jail person? I cannot recall his exact position) that got up and addressed the fact that Arias could not go places where she could not be monitored?? (and judge told him that they would clear out the court room if necessary?)

I bet this guy would be a good person to ask (or inform) about Arias and her note passing and pill popping.

I'm not saying Jodi has this, but there are migraines without pain. My daughter was diagnosed with silent migraines.

http://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/what-are-silent-migraines

ETA: my daughter could still function but her eyesight was impaired.

I've had ocular migraines w no pain. There are no "pills" to correct it and is passes in minutes. She has silent migraines as much as she has motionless "shaking like a chihuahua". IMO (not meaning to take this out on you btw)

It may have been Fiorinal. It's pretty old school, but my dr prescribed it for me after DD was born and I was still nursing.( Supposedly it is less dangerous to the fetus or the nursing baby. )

IDK, because I never did take it until much later, and even if it's not one of the cutting edge meds, it worked better than Imitrex, Maxalt, Axert, Ergostat......etc.......ever worked.

Maybe it is a cheaper med and one the state will agree to pay for for prisoners?

Yes I was there that day. I'm gonna be talking to someone today on this, trust me. And we know who,it won't be.

Yeah--I've had some that have the vision disturbance/aura, numb hands & nausea with no headache. You feel sick, but there's not the headache present. I'm not familiar with medication for this? Does your daughter take something?

Oh! Mine are occipital and linger for hours, sometimes days.

I thought that was the kind we were thinking about. Oops! Disregard previous post on meds!

help me out here please.....since she is claiming self defense I do not understand the fact that (as she says) he did not threaten her life until after she claims she shot him and as she was getting away from him....wouldn't the threat on her life have to come first in a self defense case? like before the gun shot (so she says)? If you shoot someone, then get away then they threaten your life with the "f'n kill you b..." why not just leave?? This all makes no sense to me when claiming self defense.....someone please help me understand this....why does she keep insisting that he said "f'n kill you b....." AFTER she is getting away? am I making any sense??

She claims as a result of previous abuse, she feared for her life. She claims he previously choked her unconscious, and having reflected on the incident she realized how close she was to death. He also kicked her ribs and hand and it hurt really bad. She had never seen him look so angry as when she dropped the camera 5 inches from the ground. More so than when she totaled the BMW.

The gun just went off, she never meant to shoot him. She figured he would stop when she did so because if someone pointed a gun at her, she would stop. The "f*cking kill you b" is her way of further illustrating how she perceived her life being threatened, and justifying the actions for which she has no memory.

No worries..ocular migraines are a freaky light show in your field of vision and often have no pain at all. I actually kind of enjoy them but I'm weird like that. Psychedelics without drugs ;)

No prisoner on trial for her very life should be having direct access to prescription meducation in a cardboard folder. It's all some kinda weird shell game goin on and I for one am sickened a local reporter got sucked in to it.

As I understand it, she's allowed to have over-the-counter doctor pre-approved medication on her person but not prescription medication. Any prescription meds have to be doled out to her by a guard.

I suppose if anyone is concerned they can call the jail and ask. It could be also that the guard may have given her whatever the pill was while she was not on camera and she slipped it into one of her folders to take when she thought no one was paying much attention seeing how I doubt she would want to be seen obviously taking a pill even if it was a totally innocent aspirin (and I can see why with all the media hysteria about it).

I have to admit though that her guards in the courtroom haven't been very attentive with her folder swiping, pencil stealing and note passing. There was one time where the camera picked up one of the guards that was supposed to be watching her (chubby guy) and he looked like he was taking a nap slumped in his chair.

Thing is meds for pain could be legit. Just not taken in an uncontrolled, unsupervised way. She can't even be brought in an outside cheeseburger. Everything should be controlled in there ESP medication!

She's not done her reputation any good during this trial that's for sure. It's got to be so hard not to react inside that court room. At least we can vent out loud.

quick question, Katie- do spectators have to file out right when court ends or are people allowed to linger?

I wonder if Arias even truly gets migraines!

I am betting that was malingering!

hahahaha.

I truly think that her dealio that day with the food was just an attempt at control during her cross examination.

I know who you are referring to and he does nap at times. :what:

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/03/22/jodi-arias-trial/2011973/

Among this week's Internet scandals: TV viewers noticed that Arias took a pill of some kind while sitting at the defense table -- she suffers from migraines; they saw her passing something to a member of her defense team, who passed it to Arias' mother in the front row of the gallery -- it was a birthday card.

And it's an indicator of which way public opinion leans that the defense attorneys are escorted out of the court by a burly sheriff's deputy and Martinez goes out the front door, where his admirers wait with cellphone cameras and ask him to pose with them for photographs

This may have already been said but I also wonder if Kiefer's tweet about TA groupies in the courtroom (I think tweeted last week) had anything to do with the ribbons being removed. We do know that there are many emails being sent to the attorney's office daily. :twocents:MOO

Boodles...Samuels is almost done. JM will question him some more today.

Thank you Rose. Hopefully Willmot can't get up there yet AGAIN after JM! How many times are they allowed to repeat the SOS? :)
