Fantabulous! I'm getting pumped for tomorrow !

I still don't know why Travis let her in the fateful night/morning.

My theory is he knew she coming over and he did wait up for her.

Maybe they slept, who knows. They clearly spent time having sex, taking pics.

She left because she had to meet Ryan B. and I believe know that and he was glad she left ... just for her to walk right bak in because the doors weren't locked.

Imo he did not "let her in" (or help her with her luggage as she testified).

Just a question maybe a little OT, but can anyone tell me the difference in treatment of a prisoner .... between:

1. Life in the jail she is in now
2. Life in prison With LWOP
3. Life in prison with DP verdict

She seems to have adapted quite well to her life in the county jail (or is she already in a prison - not sure). Guess I am hoping that things are going to get a lot worse for her on a daily basis.

I found this WS post from WS'er Kmouse from Feb 19:

February 19, 2013 morning testimony part 1
February 19, 2013
Jodi Arias--Defence CIC day 7
Morning testimony

--Nurmi: Before we talk about the B&E at grandparents home, I just want to go over a few more text messages this morning.
--Nurmi wants to go over texts with Travis from February 25th. Nurmi asks to approach the witness, Jodi Arias. Hands her some text messages and asks her if she recognizes them.
--Asks Jodi if she had planned to spend time with Travis that day. Jodi says it was after she had visited with Gus. Martinez objects. Nurmi rephrases question.
--Nurmi asks if her and Travis planned on having sexual activity that day. Jodi days that she was on the road on that day, around the Hoover Dam when she received the texts.

Exhibit 442--text messages from February 25, 20008

--Text talking about a schoolgirl outfit and the Spiderman undies. Was in reference to the underwear received on Valentines day.
--JA says that TA asked that her vagina was hairless because he didn't like hair.
Exhibit 443--Text conversation from March 30, 2008

<Jodi is sniffling and wiping her nose>

--Text converstation began at 1650, Juan objects because JA is looking at the evidence to recall the date and time. The text conversation ended at 2238 hours. JA does not remember where she was during the text conversation. Says she was probably at her house in Mesa as she hadn't moved yet.
--JA hung up on TA during a conversation on that day because she says TA was swearing at her.
--Martinez objects to the Exhibit being entered into evidence as it is hearsay. Lawyers approach the bench.

quoting myself to add the Croaker Queen YT videos from Feb 19 which also happened to be day 19 of the trial. Not sure this is what you need but...

I checked a transcript in the media/timeline thread and it notes that exhibit 442 was not shown on screen.
I checked docstock, because they had one that promised evidence, but no luck. Just listing, so we don't search twice. I love the team work on WS.

1 or 2 she would be an "in-house celebrity"... famous and admired. With 3 she would be in solitary 23 hours a day.

Dr. Glass was super interesting on the first half hour of Tricia's show tonite...talking about Samuels, JA, etc. check it out when it gets posted.

I find you a far more interesting guest. I'd rather listen to you any day of the week.

I know Glass has a huge following here, I just don't get it. Nothing like stating the obvious and calling oneself an expert.... IMO.

She is still in county jail. If she is sent to Death Row at a State prison, she would likely be in her cell 23 hours a day from what I understand.

Another serious question... Nurmi mentions about every third sentence that he has 35 years of experience. I believe this is a preview that they'll claim JM's relatively green expert is not to be trusted. I think this will backfire bigtime, esp if JM used JDM to make it look like the last original thing Samuels did was during the Carter administration. I think the jury would really go for that, because some of his stuff with everything hand-written, no pro-printed test forms, no recordings, etc. make it look like he's still acting as though PCs haven't been invented yet.

I think the next expert witness may come off a bit like that as well--as some kind of a throwback...I mentioned it elsewhere yesterday.

OMG I'm glad you are relatively safe - well, IT seems to be out of your life. See, I just can't even connect with things like yours and Arias. They seem to be monsters, and I can't even imagine living with someone like that.
Do you find it odd that we haven't heard of earlier psychopathic behavior? MM just HAD to see some - being around her for so long.

There was no violent crime involved in my situation. He found another "supply" before I kicked him out. Earlier psychopathic behaviour? Lots. sure. So bizarre that most family members couldn't quite "place" it. Mine had lots of dogs. He "loved" dogs. Great guy, loved his dogs. We had a dog together. Had LOTS of arguments about how he treated his dog! Took him out for walks without fail day in and day out for several years. Kicked his dog in the home many times over when he got sick...The dog got cancer and puked on the floor of our kitchen for over two months while our son was in his crawling phase and he did/said nothing apart from the fact that it had to be cleaned up!

Most of his pictures were of him and his dog.

Rings of Saturn! I like that. Interesting, pretty, sure to keep me busy for years to come. Can I use you as a reference? Shame about the craters, though. :juggle:

Is Uranus taken?

The previous one (still on the stand) seems to have had a brain freeze about 20 years ago.

I can't answer your questions except to say that I believe that if she receives the DP or LWOP, she will be in a state prison. From what I found online, that would probably be Perryville, but maybe someone from AZ can confirm...?

Don't kid yourself about her life in jail though. That jab she made to Juan about her cell being smaller than TA's closet was no accident. She's probably so glad to get out of that jail that trial seems fun.

Thanks - I remembered Steve, but couldn't recall his last name. I figured out Alan Kreitl
. He was the document examiner for Juan (the letters).

Hmmm - could MM have told Steve about forging the letters??? Otherwise I can't see the connection since this hearing was all about those letters.

Oops I meant roberts

Yep.

To re-hash this more than a Waffle House Breakfast special...JA would *thrive* in prison...she would be Queen to her little disciples. LWOP would give her that opportunity.

The DP would at least make her be alone with her thoughts for A VERY LONG time. ..a fate *worse* than death for her....Imo.

I think mm knows a lot! I'm wondering what it is that JM knows, because he kept taunting JA about mm betraying her.
