For anyone that hasn't seen or didn't know, JA created a youtube account on May 29, 2008 and uploaded the TA as Eddie Snell video Jun 12, 2008. Here's a link:

I am not caught up . . . and I am not quite sure what my question is . . . but I am struck with something on this youtube upload and the dates they were uploaded.

When was the break in @ grandparents with the stolen gun and DVD? . . .

Remember JA was saying something about putting together a CD (DVD) of pictures and TA tried to review it but couldn't get it to come up on his computer/ . . .

interesting that she is using a youtube account and uploaded this within days of killing TA. . . .why not upload the pictures for TA on a photobucket site or something similar?

could there be any use for the DVD player in putting this video on youtube?

Kinda off topic now but my Dad was shot in the head, 38 I believe, went thru the skull but didn't enter the brain, he went down on one knee but asked me just to let him know if his head was still there. In other words, it was so disorienting and powerful that he thought his head was gone.

Just thought that was powerful as to those who think gun shot came first.

That was wonderful brother in law 1. 2 actually murdered.

Yep, kind of proves their point -- the gunfirsters argue that he could have survived the gunshot -- your Dad did. :welcome:

I feel sorry for Jodi's Mother. She's watching her daughter drown and can do nothing about it.

I view it as JA beginning to drown herself when in Yreka she hatched her plan to torture-murder Travis Alexander.

Then, on June 4, 2008, surreptitiously traveling to Mesa, Arizona, she sank down and hit the bottom.

Now she's on her way back up again, for the third time, fighting for air -- fighting to live.

Will the jury assist by lending her a hand and pulling her out?

Or, will they toss her the lead life-preserver she has coming?

Their objection was not about the amount, but rather, what the money was spent on. The argument was that their strategy would be tipped by disclosing who (witnesses) they spent their money on. Knowing case strategy is generally categorized as "work product" which is not discoverable by the prosecution. The motion was denied, but no, Juan would most definitely not be able to comment on their billing in court.

Thank you, I was hoping that in some way this WOULD help the prosecution; see all of the DA sneaky twists catch up too them somehow... Oh well, hopefully JA, the evidence, and Jodi's lies will be enough

I noticed that immediately Lieb. She didn't have enough ingrained respect/manners to refer to him as Detective Flores. :banghead:

And I do think she was trying to seduce him, dumb bit@h!!

I noticed that with her yoga moves < sticking her "stinky private" up facing camera with her hands backwards on the wall (kinda like a back bend from her chair), being all bendy. Clearly seductive. Flores didn't bite. Probably the 1st man up until that point that couldn't care less.

Yes, but how do we know Travis had contacted his Bishop? I know there has been lots of reasonable discussion about his desire to get serious about marriage after turning 30, and some speculation about his guilt regarding his activities with JA, but I am just curious if we know that he had contacted his Bishop regarding the matter, actually confessed, and thus the theory above might be possible...

At least one of his friends says he did. He said he was in counseling after seeing his bishop. Ta talked to this guy about it, and about the reason----jodi. But i don't see how it comes in because it's hearsay.

Thanks, I knew I'd heard something like that somewhere, but not in the trial that I could recall. Yes, not likely to appear as evidence.

Would he have been able to grab a knife to prevent someone from stabbing him right after he was shot?

I have a friend that was shot in the head by his
brother when he was 15 with a .22.
He still has the bullet in his brain as removing
it would cause too much damage and possibly kill him.

I have not seen him to ask but when I do I am going to ask him.
It was 25 years ago and he is fine now but he was in the hospital for
awhile after that happened.

The break in was reported on May 28, 2008.

A DVD player would not be required to put the video on youtube. If she had it on a DVD disc, she could view it on a DVD player or if her laptop was equipped with a DVD player, she could view it there.

Yes. You can crate a montage on a computer then make a disc that will then play in the DVD.
