She threw makeup at her - a tube of lipstick. And then she went up and interrupted Madonna's interview, babbling incoherently the whole time, and then she laughed so hard fell over and stuck her legs up in the air like the Wicked Witch of the West! Classic Courtney....
LOL, I remember all that. I was cracking up, she is a nut! It was a crazy moment but "so courtney".

I swear I was laying here with my laptop laughing out loud at the mental pic in my head. Yes, rendering Madonna, the Queen of shock speechless says alot!

I didn't see it but wish I had, she's a real wild child!
I like that about her, if anything, can't say I ever liked her music but I like that she just doesn't care what anyone thinks.

Wild she is Narla. She makes for good entertainment because she does NOT care.

I watched her on "The View" the other morning and it didn't appear to me that she was totally clean and sober. Maybe she's prescribed drugs, I don't know. It was hard to watch, and I think the women on the View knew something wasn't right either.

Here's hoping for the best for her and her daughter.

There's a clip of the show at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5tsx_2WLH8

Edited to add that she didn't seem as bad as I thought after watching this clip the 2nd time.

Courtney is never going to conform to what everyone wants. She lives her life as we all do in her own style.I would rather caste her in a movie than Madonna anyday. As for Kurt he lived the way he chose and died the way he chose. Many do not.

hhmmmm.. i guess i never found her entertainaing... just painful to watch/listen to, and i've never really heard her say anything interesting or relevant. (of course half the time i can't really understand what she's saying anyway.) plus i don't believe for one minute she's sober. usally celebrities get sober for a bit and then the pressure of having to be an example for everyone pushes them back over the edge and then they live this lie until they get found out again. you know, the classic hollywood saga... it's happened a thousand times.

nice...I also have the CD. Doll Parts, Violet and Credit in the Straight World are my favourites. The whole CD to me felt raw and unbridled. Her later stuff seems over-produced and pop-ified in comparison.

Wow- I went and looked up the lyrics to the CD ya'll were talking about and WOW!.. I am impressed! I'm shocked, I really am! Her lyrics are mighty intense- I didn't realize she had it in her although I probably should have!

Wow... just wow!

This one was my favorite off of the "Live through this" CD..

MISS WORLD

I am the girl you know can't look you in the eye
I am the girl you know, so sick I cannot try
I am the one you want, can't look you in the eye
I am the girl you know, I lie and lie and lie

I'm Miss World
Somebody kill me
Kill me pills
No one cares, my friends
My friend

I'm Miss World
Watch me break and watch me burn
No one is listening, my friend
Yeah

I made my bed, I'll lie in it
I made my bed, I'll die in it
I made my bed, I'll lie in it
I made my bed, I'll die in it

Kill girls watch when I eat ether
Suck me under
Maybe forever, my friends
Yeah

I made my bed, I'll lie in it
I made my bed, I'll die in it
I made my bed, I'll die in it
I made my bed, I'll cry in it
I made my bed, I'll lie in it
I made my bed, I'll cry in it
I made my bed, I'll die in it
I made my bed, I'll die in it
My friend

I am the girl you know can't look you in the eye

I often wonder if everyone has a favorite celebrity screw up. Ya know, the Celeb that no matter how many times they go back to drugs or to jail or whatever ya still like 'em. And ya kinda always root for 'em & hope someday they will be ok.
(I'm I making sense here?)

I adore Robert Downey Jr.- always have. It looks like this time he just might be ok and I think that'd be so cool!

A couple years ago I was at the Chus Convienance Store here on the Island and the guy in line in front of me looked totally familiar. I started talking to him because I figured I knew him and just cant place his face. So Im asking him how his mama is doing and if he has been fishing lately etc. We chat on for a few minutes before he finishs up at the register, says its nice to see me, and leaves.
The clerk looks at me and cracks up and says "I cant belive you just asked Robert Downey Jr how his mama is doin"
