LP keep searching for Caylee??

LP claims that there was a song on Casey's myspace about water and losing someone in the water. It's one of his reasons for believing that Caylee is in the river at Blanchard Park.

There are 2 ways to approach this....

assume Casey is lying 100% of the time

assume Casey is telling the truth through tidbits or clues

How else can you ever solve the riddles & crack the case?

It will be good guessing & good luck combined, imo

That is great news. It almost feels like Caylee's case is fading away as NG seems to have moved on to other topics. If only the divers could find that sweet little thing and bring her home.

I cried when I read this...so glad he's not giving up, when so many have. I voted yes, but I'm also concerned by Tim's firm opinion that his group thoroughly searched the water and she is not in there and wonder if there might be better places to search?

I don't think Caylee died in the pool but I think Casey killed her and put her in the pool after she died to try and make it look like a pool accident and then thought better of it for some reason.

I really believe that if it was an accident of that nature (as opposed to accidental overdose on chloroform etc) she would have reported it right away. I think the reason she kept quiet is to hide something more sinister than that.

You mean swarming in yanking away signs, removing flowers and toys, threatening a cameraman and just being nasty to everyone in general is behavior related to this particular search area? LP would be a much better judge of this than me, he has at least met them.

LP, if you have a hunch, you will never get over NOT doing it. I just do not see KC going through any trouble to dispose of the body, such as choosing an icky jungley, swampy, gushy, reptile haven for the place. I think she chose someplace that she could get to very easily and without getting chased by alligators, stumbling upon rattlesnakes, massive spiders, mush, or cutting weeds, tropicals. And it is some place known well to her. She has never been out of her mother's house, she isn't going to go to some strange place all alone for this deed. She was only brave in her fantasy land.

Anybody in the area who wants to add fruit or a sheet cake, that would be nice. Des at Sm also said that if you are in the area and would like to come out and show your support, LP, Murt and the divers would probably appreciate it greatly. Lets bring this baby home finally.

I think the building behind and to the side of the church is the church daycare. You can see where a car could pull in and drive down the side and just have a very short walk to the secluded pond.

The pond looks so shallow though, I wonder if it goes dry?

In any case I would think it is an easy place to search because it isn't all overgrown and is very accessible.

Can someone use Google to pull up these areas on prior dates? ie; can we get pix of the church parking lot and pond on any of the days in question? Be interesting to see if we could actually catch her car at the church or even JB Park.

Was it raining much and wouldn't that keep people out of the park on the dates in question?

Is there a foot bridge or is the bridge at the end of Econ River/JB Park open to traffic?

1. No, the satellite pictures are periodic and not updated often. We get a new image maybe every few years. I wish!

2. I've always wondered that, unfortunately I have not yet found a good source for past Orlando weather and flood maps.

3. There are several locations where Blanchard would be accessible at night, but it would be risky, at least IMO. Parks are often patrolled after dark. That is another reason the church site seems favorable; as Cocoamom pointed out there are ample places to "hide" the car and not be seen, especially alongside the daycare/school.

4. There is a small footbridge on the west side of the park, right by the UPS building, and very close to where NG's body was found.

If I understood it correctly, Tim only used sonar in a few places, not all up and down the river. I am not sure with silt and mud as thick as that is, sonar would pick up much unless it was large. Sonar normally only outlines the lay of the bottom (depths and ridges) unless something different appears on the screen. I am not sure what type he has, so I don't know what his does.

I'm also am beginning to lean more toward the theory that Caylee drowned in the pool, however I don't put much stock in this rumor about the song being on her myspace.

The song was on there. I love that song by the Black Crows. It is about a woman deep in addiction.
