This issue is LP's motivation. If he truly believes that Caylee is in that water in spite of the fact that there is no evidence to suggest it, then let him search - without all the fanfare and without attacking the family of the deceased child. Of course we now know that his belief that the body is there is not as strong as he proclaims, if it were, he wouldn't need the public to vote on what he should do next.

What was the evidence that used to pick the other places that were searched? IMO it doesn't really matter because Caylee wasn't found at those places. If you are so sure he is searching in the wrong place, where do you suggest? He might welcome some suggestions on where Caylee really is located. I would welcome that information.

If you didn't personally go to the river or were on Murt's Ride. you wouldn't know that the first man in the river did snorkel on the water edge,,a lot of debri..then they brought TWO men with tanks and Gosh Gang they did DIVE...!!! so who is throwing out BS now???

I don't care if LP Flip Flops= Jumps in the Air comes down an Dives..the bottom line is he is Doing More than the Anthony's that sit on their Butt's, and talk about throwing garbage...whew nobody can keep up with Cindy.

Was reported on Fox today regarding LP's search @ Blanchard that he's working on a timeline w/ 6/25 being key date for disposal alleging virtually an entire day of no cell activity. This may or may not be attributed to erroneous reporting, but, thought it worthwhile to post in a few places the filtered cell activity that shows the 6/15-7/17 period and all times >8hrs that are framed by cell actions that required someone to be in attendance of the phone (e.g. includes outgoing & answered calls, excludes incoming texts, etc.)

The line that contains the TBA (time between attendance in hours) entry in the far right-hand column starts the period of potential unattended activity and the line that immediately follows it ends the period. The cell ping entry shows where the phone was located for these markers.

Also posting on the cell log sticky thread FWIW. Just providing some granularity to compare to the broad statement reported regarding cell inactivity.

TM didn't find Caylee where he was searching so what's wrong with LP continuing to search. Remember hearing TM say he searches a place three times so to me that means that a body can be overlooked. What's wrong if LP continues to search. She hasn't been found. What's the issue?

Wonderful question! To think that all of this time, I thought it was about finding Caylee. Personally, finding this baby is ALL that matters, regardless of what anyone thinks of LP. What is the REAL issue?

OMG, I am SO HAPPY that you put into words how I feel too! Some are so busy with their nasty slurs, Caylee is lost once again it seems. So very sad! :blowkiss:

If Leonard is being Praised for spending 50k to "Help find Caylee" shouldn't Tony be condemned for "Profiting 50k" on Caylee's disappearance?

Why bail KC out in the first place only to come off the bond 9 days later for what Leonard claimed was "Safety" issues....

In my opinion that 50k was never "spent" as Leonard Claimed...It went from LP's Pocket to Tony's right back to LP......They will never admit it though because it just happens to be illegal

Stumbling across a crime scene could have happened to any of the searchers this weekend. As I did not go out on a search, I helped at search center, I don't know what kind of instructions anyone got about what to do if they found something. I would hope LP would have had enough sense to be careful and keep away all the people who were milling around, etc. I can't say I am positive he would have, I just hope. If remains had been found, especially Caylee's, there probably wouldn't have been a whole lot of evidence around it after all this time with the hurricane and all, but precautions should have been in place, just to be on the safe side. Oh and if the FBI had been involved, there is no way all the media and all the sight seers would have been able to get within 50 yards of the search site.

My problem is not that he went off on his own search - it was the way he did it with the maximum amount of publicity involved. It is the way he has been spouting off since beginning, all his predictions, the way he ignored TM and his request that we all not say one negative word about the Anthonys during the search, and of course the way I could so easily keep track of where LP was this weekend - I just had to look for a camera or a reporter and bingo! there he was.

I would hope he would have enough sense to know not to chat with strangers who dial him up about details of the case, but he apparently does that. I would hope he would have enough sense not to call for a camera every time he "finds" something.......but, he apparently does that. I would hope he has enough sense to not base his decision as to whether or not to continue to search on internet response, but..........he apparently does that.

Totally agree with your point about the cameras! If you want to find Leonard, look for the throngs on on-lookers and the cameras pointed in his direction.
