LP's timeline

I think Casey wanted to plant the idea of a dead animal smell in Amy's mind so that if anyone ever questioned Amy about it Amy would say, "Oh, that smell in Casey's car? It was just a dead squirrel. She got rid of it. No big deal."

EXACTLY OMG we agree again..scary.

That just seems so unlikely to me and there isn't any evidence to support the theory. Why would Casey bother to keep Caylee alive and drugged someplace where she'd have to return frequently to administer even more drugs, and then eventually kill her anyway? Casey didn't want the responsibility of caring for Caylee. Keeping her alive, hidden, and drugged still involved responsibility. IMO, Caylee was gone from Casey's life and from her mind the afternoon of the 16th.

I also think Caylee died on the 16th. Yep. After George left for work something tragic happened to Caylee.

But IF we have people theorizing that her body was dumped towards the end of the month.... I think she might have had her hidden somewhere. I doubt she would have dealt with a corpse for WEEKS.

We cannot be 100% sure Casey intentionally wanted to be rid of Caylee for good.... there's a chance she wanted to punish her parents AND enjoy her freedom.... so she 'hid' the child & pretended she was like her friends... young & single & without any serious responsibilities.

Caylee might have died by accident & Casey just happily adjusted to this unexpected change in plans.

If we believe that GA saw Caylee alive and well on Monday June 16th at approximately 1pm and we know from witnesses and the BB video that Caylee was no where to be found by 8pm, this indicates that Caylee died somewhere in those 7 hours. However, two issues may upset this timeline, they are:

1) JG says he heard Caylee in the background during his 3pm-ish call with KC on that same day and the time of death is really between 3pm and 8pm on June 16th; or

2.) Caylee was drugged and asleep in the hot car trunk while KC was hanging out with TonE and died later during the night of the 16th or early morning of the 17th.

As KC stated she had not seen Caylee in 31 days, the 16th looks most reasonable, but it could have been early on the 17th before KC stumbled out of bed and noticed that the baby was dead. (I haven't seen her ALIVE in 31 days.)

Since forensics tell us that the air inside the trunk was consistent with (less than sign used in report) 2.6 days of decomposition of a human body, we can safely assume one of 2 options:

1.) that the body was in the trunk immediately after death and stayed there for roughly 60 hours before removal; or

2.) the body was placed in there for a short period of time after roughly 60 hours had passed since death.

We know facts that are inconsistent with the body being in the car at any time after the 19th of June. Therefore, LP's theories of disposal post 6/19, or theories that GA actually saw a body on 6/24 are moot. That is unless we want to believe that KC kept Caylee alive, but drugged in the trunk for many days which is impossible due to the temperatures in the trunk.

I'm late getting into this case but I've been reading non-stop for 2 weeks now trying to make sense of how things may have happened. LP has me at a loss because he has KC dumping the body from her trunk on the morning of the 25th. Yet....George doesn't mention anything about about any terrible smell in that trunk when he got the gas cans on the 24th.

Am I understanding George correctly in his interview with Greta that he got the gas cans out of the trunk?

The decomp smell had to be in her car on the 24th because she told her friend Amy on the 25th about the terrible smell in her car. How could George not have smelled it if he was the one who got the gas cans. And how can LP be right that KC dumped the body on the 25th if George didn't see the body when he got the gas cans on the 24th??

This part is confusing me.

Thanks
maybe the gas fumes were so strong he didnt smellit

You said it just fine. Actually, I somehow missed your post or I would have simply agreed with you rather than restating what you said.

I got some of it..I just didn't agree so much that she said it as to not get a rebuttal:)

I agree with you Chilly except the date, I believe it was the night of the 15th pushing into early morning of the 16th. GA was hinky at best on his recollection of the 16th, the GVS interview of the A's in the home was enough for me. CA prompting GA of what he watched on the afternoon of the 16th as KC and Caylee were leaving..I'm not buying it. Compound that with the fact of what Caylee was wearing..which happends to be exactly what she was seen wearing on the 9th(before the date was switched to the 15th) by friends of the A's who saw her at a strip mall..right down to the sunglasses..hinky at best. JMO of course.

I agree.

They were always 'confused' about the dates & it was only after the Father's Day video surfaced that they were forced to switch to June 15.

Plus there was the confusion over whether Casey slept at home that night, wasn't there?

They claimed she did BUT didn't it come out she slept at Tony's?

Well it goes into the "what if" factor. But I mean if someone told me they had a dead animal in their trunk I would ask alot of questions i.e. "How the heck did that happen?"

GA changed his story from that interview to when LE interviewed him. When LE interviewed him KC got them out and said something to the effect of "here are your effin' cans". IIRC.

IIRC TonE said no but possibly his roomate said "maybe". IIRC CA says she heard KC and Caylee in KC's room but didn't "see them". This is how I remember it, correct me someone if that is not how it went down:blowkiss:

I would too.

Maybe Casey's friends didn't tend to ask her too many questions because they knew she was such a liar anyway? Why bother if you can't believe anything a person says?

IIRC she was said the car hit a squirrel or two, and it was on her car frame.

IIRC, Casey spent that whole night texting and talking to TL from her cell phone (so that proves to me she didn't spend the night with him), and the pings showed they came from the vicinity of the A house. Could be she parked down the street and sat/slept in her car that night?

Cell pings were in the area of the Anthony home overnight on the 15th. She was texting Tony all night, not something she'd have done if he were in the bed next to her.

Yep..in the area of the A's home.

Yes, that's what Cindy said.

I tend to feel Cindy is about as credible a source of facts as her daughter is though. lol

But we DO have Geo. saying he SAW the 2 girls before he went to work & I don't think he started lying right away.... so I tend to believe Casey was there that last morning.

Yep or some have mentioned that she possibly spent the night at LA's house since he lived so close. I think she sat in her car or drove around. If the whole fight happened on the 15th I don't see her staying in that house. IMO she had too much pride to do that.

No, I guess not.

Thanks.

LOL..I wrote it that way on purpose because I knew if I said 'at' the Anthony home someone would question it. I believe Casey and Caylee were home overnight on the 15th, and I really question whether there was a fight that night. I believe that George did see them leave that day, just like he had so many other times. There is no good reason for him to lie about it.
