LP's timeline

But George had no idea that he wasn't going to see them for a month at that time. I wonder if Cindy just knew what was missing.

No, I'm not saying that George knew he wouldn't see them for a month. I'm saying that it would be easier to picture what someone was wearing on a particular day if you hadn't seen the person since then.

He saw them.

Did he speak to them? Was there any conversation?? I can't remember.

Yes, can't remember exactly what the convo was though, something about bye dad, going to work and he asked when they would be home. Casey said either that night or the next day. <not a quote> But then Cindy goes on at a later date to say that Casey went to work and then Casey and Caylee were going on a mini vacation, some bonding time according to Cindy.???? None of it makes any sense to me!

To interject my thoughts. IMO I do not believe in using the pings to create a timeline to find Caylee. I believe and until proven other wise Caylee was either up in Oviedo or in the landfill.

I think the pings are an indirect diversion that LE has taken grasp of and constructed into what will lead us to Caylee.

I'm interested in hearing more about your opinion.
I think the pings give a pretty good indication of where she was during this time period...do you think she didn't have her phone with her?
Details, please. :)

Why does it seem so odd to you that George would remember exactly what Casey was wearing but not odd that her friends would remember?

GA see's Caylee on a general basis, friends of the family I suspect didn't see her everyday. It's easier to look back on people that you don't often see then someone you see everyday IMO. For example we went to a b-day party last week, I couldn't tell you what I dressed my kids in but I remember what almost every other kid had on. Maybe it's just me.

I personally thinks it odd to even attempt to guess at insignificant details in the first place. GA was adimant, IMO about what she was wearing not guessing, I listened to it all again.

What is even odder is he picked exactly what she was last seen wearing by his friends on the 9th at a strip mall..that was more of my point.

He was also adamant at first it was the 9th, not the 16th. I don't necessarily believe he's lying, I think he doesn't really know the exact date, but because of certain "pressure", he's stating it as a fact.

And why would Casey have left at 12:50pm without having fed Caylee lunch first? I've always thought that was odd.

I do agree somewhat since he has LE background (used to details) and had probably thought about it during the 31 days. I wouldn't be able to remember though, I'm sad to say.:) The ole' memory ain't what it used to be!

If we believe that GA saw Caylee alive and well on Monday June 16th at approximately 1pm and we know from witnesses and the BB video that Caylee was no where to be found by 8pm, this indicates that Caylee died somewhere in those 7 hours. However, two issues may upset this timeline, they are:

1) JG says he heard Caylee in the background during his 3pm-ish call with KC on that same day and the time of death is really between 3pm and 8pm on June 16th; or

2.) Caylee was drugged and asleep in the hot car trunk while KC was hanging out with TonE and died later during the night of the 16th or early morning of the 17th.

As KC stated she had not seen Caylee in 31 days, the 16th looks most reasonable, but it could have been early on the 17th before KC stumbled out of bed and noticed that the baby was dead. (I haven't seen her ALIVE in 31 days.)

Since forensics tell us that the air inside the trunk was consistent with (less than sign used in report) 2.6 days of decomposition of a human body, we can safely assume one of 2 options:

1.) that the body was in the trunk immediately after death and stayed there for roughly 60 hours before removal; or

2.) the body was placed in there for a short period of time after roughly 60 hours had passed since death.

We know facts that are inconsistent with the body being in the car at any time after the 19th of June. Therefore, LP's theories of disposal post 6/19, or theories that GA actually saw a body on 6/24 are moot. That is unless we want to believe that KC kept Caylee alive, but drugged in the trunk for many days which is impossible due to the temperatures in the trunk.

DotEyes that's one terrific post! You covered alot of ground & nailed it, IMHO.

I'd also add - regarding LP's timeline - he handed you the method to debunk it himself when he speculated the bag ripped during disposal on 6/25. The decomposition clock had been running since circa 6/16 and we have ~2.6 days in the trunk. He could try to recover and say it ripped after she got the bag outta the trunk and was on the way to the water. Otherwise, watch for a new theory from LP soon. I dunno what the average is, but, it seems something like (new theory)/1wk. The only way for the body to be in the trunk post-6/19 is if after that date it were encapsulated in a container/bag that never breached.

Not intending to offend any LP fans out there. He's a lightening rod. I can see both sides; his doing good & harm...I'll pass on picking a horse in that race.

That's my question! What 2-3 yr. old is going to sleep/stay in a room until almost 1pm, while grandpa is watching television in the living room?

The pings are a pretty good indication of where Casey was not Caylee. IIRC there are two blocks of time where the phone was either off, charging, or not with Casey. Within the area she lives is route 50 and Alafaya Trail which I believe is 434. They can get you onto almost any toll road. Route 50 runs east/west and Alafaya Trail runs north/south. In this part of Orlando every road seems to intersect forming a grid. She could so easily get around town during these blocks of time.

Or breakfast for that matter. Neither of my kids would hang out in a bedroom asleep or not until just before 1pm and they certainly wouldn't be sleeping that late..no way. No matter what time my kids go to bed, it could be 8:00pm or 11:00pm they are up at exactly the same time every day. I'm around TONS of kids, we go to at least 2 birthday parties a month..I talk to TONS of parents and I know of not one toddler that sleeps past 9am..not one.

Exactly. If George slept in til late morning because he worked a "swing shift" that day, there's a possibility he was still in bed asleep when Caylee had breakfast. But if he was up and watching TV around noon, when did Casey feed Caylee lunch? There's just too many strange things about his version of these events to make me believe it really went down the way he's saying.

Maybe it was normal for them to eat out??? Or maybe the Nanny gave her lunch.

We never did hear who if anyone gave Caylee breakfast or who got her dressed.

Weird, since young kids are usually UP & NOISY by 7:00 am. Arrgggh

Ok, would someone tell me what time Casey's workday supposedly began? She's leaving for work AFTER George leaves?

You could apply similar reasoning to almost any date. As a matter of fact, LP has. He insisted a few weeks ago that Casey disposed of Caylee on the 27th.

Forensics show that Caylee's body was removed from the car approximately 3 days after she died, not 9 days, not 11 days......3 days.

No Chilly..............it may or may not have been removed in 3 days. I believe Caylee was put in some type of garbage bag, container or something after 3 days because it started smelling and then she carted Caylee around for a while longer. I still believe she put her in one of the chlorine buckets until she went to JCP and bought that duffel bag to use to dispose of her.

Don't know if you realized but you keep calling Caylee "it"

Casey didn't usually have money, and when she did I doubt she spent it on Caylee to take her out to eat. And since there was no nanny, I don't think she could have fed Caylee.

Casey's "workday" depended on when her parents were in the house and when they weren't. She'd leave and act like she was going to work, then when George and Cindy would leave for work, she'd come back home and hang out. She also pretended she worked at home from her laptop sometimes.

So yeah, it's really hard to imagine that day happening the way George says it happened.

Men are NOT that observant. No man could remember what someone was wearing on a particular day 31 days later, unless she threatened to kill her or for some reason he thought that was the last time he would ever see her.

I have always believed he either had his days mixed up or made that up to cover for KC. I bet is on covering for KC.

What duffel bag? I thought the JCP purchases were made on the 27th, after the car was left at Amscot.

I don't recall George saying he did not see Casey or Caylee earlier in the day. Casey didn't 'work' regular hours. Often she left Caylee with George and Cindy while she worked evening.

Why would you go to JCP to purchase a duffle bag? Why not just go to walmart or target?
