Hm. So he kept his head down, eh? He should have been instructed to watch it. Not so he can re-live his glory, but so his body language could be read. He didn't look because his body language would show that he enjoyed it then and still does now.

I tend to agree. I'll bet there were a lot of eyes on him in that courtroom during the playing of that film and he knew it. Showing any type of interest in his handiwork would not have played in his favour IMO.

Yes...for some reason her tweets weren't coming up in the general hashtag with the others. Sometimes that happens and I have no idea why. She is using the same hashtag. :waitasec:

She is using #Mangotta. Do we have his name spelled correctly here and if so, everyone else is using #Magotta instead? Just a thought as I haven't got a Twitter yet to see.

It isn't ! It was 1987

The video for it was really bizarre & surreal but brilliant !
It was directed by some big name French designer/artist (which I haven't got a clue what his name is)

I doubt any of that is relevant here thou, obviously that it features in 'American Psycho' is why Magnotta chose it

I hope it is okay to post this here, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, it's a blog called Team Luka. :banghead: There are quite a few pictures that must have been from the trial that I hadn't seen before. Some may be offensive to some of you but nothing too bad. There is also the total transcript from his online convo's with the guy from Berlin. On page 3, the entries for September 30, there is a prescription. Can anyone make out what it's for? I think I see Tamazepam.

That is all pictures and information from the tweets and that make it to the various newspapers at the end of the day. As no one really wants to read every one, I suppose it's a good place to get a summary. Personally, I'm not interested in "the other side" until I hear it from the defense.


But OMG...that looks like he WAS given a prescription for Tamazepam. That wouldn't be the actual prescription because he would have turned that in to fill it, but it looks like the symptoms listed and the RX suggestion? Don't tell me LE missed this?

I'm still confused about where he originally uploaded the video. Was it through a membership at heaven666 under that Captain Flycatcher name using a VPN or proxy? Or did he upload it to youtube privately and give someone else the link to start moving it around the web? Or did he do both? How did the watermark get on it for heaven666? Did anyone research this before? Today's tweets didn't really clarify for me where he uploaded it.

And I would think that someone in a schizophrenic psychotic state would not go to as much trouble as he did to hide his identity on the tape. If "voices" were telling him to do this, why would he hide under a hoodie and keep his back to the camera? It's all a load of hogwash in my opinion. He's been fascinated with true crime and gore for a long time. Ever since the Scarborough rapist was running around his neighbourhood I'm sure. I bet that's how he started researching this stuff and where the fixation developed.

Not going to bother quoting, just going to go right into this.

It looks like it may be a referral from a walk-in clinic, recommending tamazepam.
Googling the clinic (after I typed the previous sentence), it appears to be a FERTILITY clinic + walk-in.


I agree that a person having an episode would not go through so much trouble to try to hide his identity in the video. And then meticulously edit the video, carefully choosing the soundtrack. And then find a proxy/VPN to cover his tracks so he can upload it to a bunch of gore websites + youtube. But before this, advertise the video online before a murder was even committed. And then return shipping boxes, that were previously purchased at an unknown date, because they were too small and exchange them for bigger ones. Purchase a plane ticket, including a return trip that he never intended on using. Attempt to clean the apartment -- dumping the body and the garbage and personal effects just before the expected garbage pickup date and attempting to clean and hide the blood. Obtain a fake passport.... need I go on?


ETA: I kind of think that he was counting on nobody missing Jun, the garbage being picked up, and everybody thinking it was Poor Luka who was murdered.

But so far we've got a man clearly on video who is "unidentified" and a paper from a medical clinic for the drug that the witness stated requires a prescription but is easy to get over the internet. Not to mention, when did LM buy the 5 boxes and why wasn't that in today's testimony? It looks like bad detective work but I'm sure there's an explanation?

I am expecting another witness who will talk about that prescription, perhaps the Dr who wrote it. I can't believe they wouldn't use this, especially since they couldn't get any trace of the drugs in the wine bottle.

I thought traces of the drug were found in one bottle but not another? Or perhaps I just got confused/a mistake in a tweet?
I am also expecting/hoping there will be another witness, a doctor or doctors, perhaps a pharmacist?
I am baffled by the clinic being a fertility clinic. I am not 100% sure of the 'other thing', if it is indeed a walk-in. I am not fluent in french, and apparently Google Translate isn't either. I hope they go back to this.
Can anybody read the date on that form from the clinic?

It is still online because 1) people are disgusting and 2) once it is on the internet, it can never truly be removed. If I look hard enough, I can find pictures of myself online from when I was 14. I am almost 30, and haven't put a picture of myself online in about 9 years (and have worked to remove them where possible. Impossible to get rid of everything.)
