Don't worry, the jury have had to sit through it. Several times. And hopefully they will have it playing in their minds as they are listening to LM's petty whinging.
At least this doctor "noted histrionic/narcissistic traits", so she must be aware that he's manipulative! Hopefully they are just giving him an easier time until he's convicted, so he can't claim he didn't get a fair trial because he wasn't recieving proper medical treatment or some crap like that. Renee Roy also said that LM wanted to be moved to hospital, but she spoke to her supivisor about it and they decided not to. So at least he's not getting it all his own way.

I get the impression that he wanted her to clean his cell for him

Probably not right thing to say but it would be great if someone managed to swap his music for voices telling him,,,,its over, your going to die in prison........In two minds wether I want to keep following this so closely, all the help, sympathy hes extracting from people is infuriating!!

Obviously he is ill but he KNOWS what he was doing, and he knows what hes doing now, trying to play everyone and still only concerened with his own feelings.

OMG Yes!! I forgot that he requested to be transferred to a hospital! Manipulation that finally did not work. So what does he do? Starts hearing voices and getting mucho anxious. Poor little thing.

It's all starting to blur for me but did anyone question him about the murder? Did the Crown present a detective who interrogated him? Or a doctor? Anyone?

Why aren't we hearing about Manny, Catherine, Robin and the rest of the cast of characters from this Canadian doctor? The one who has been "treating" him for a couple of years? Is he not hearing from all those folks anymore now that he knows he can't just tell his outrageous lies and then be on his way?

Re: Earlier question about his prescribed meds :

~ *as listed in Doctors 2005 letter *~

" Although antipsychotics are rarely thought of as “drugs of abuse”, quetiapine deserves recognition on this list due to its huge recreational value in prison......

....... However, the tranquilizer has earned the name “Jailhouse Heroin” among our citizens who are paying their debts to society.

Abusers seek its anxiolytic (anxiety reducing) effects, as well as its tendency to reduce feelings and provide a careless state of mind. Prisoners commonly trade their meals and money for these pills, only to find their benefit outweighed by the price they paid after the effects have ended.

Even though this is a prison drug if there ever was one, note that is also serves recreational use among the outside, as well. It can be used to come down off uppers like cocaine and amphetamines, reduce anxiety during “bad trips”, and combines with cocaine to form a “Q-ball”

So that was a drug he was prescribed? I wonder if he was still being prescribed these drugs before moving to Quebec?

Roy specifies she never spoke to #Magnotta about charges agst him. That's the domain of other psychiatrists sent to evaluate him.

Okay so this tweet was from when Dr Roy first started testifying. So she claims there are other psychiatrists who spoke to him about the charges. So why didn't the Crown put them on?

I can't seem to C&P from Scribd :phone:

But these are the actual drugs stated :
" He also noted Magnotta was on multiple antipsychotic medications including
Seroquel, Risperdal, Nitrazepan and Ativan. "

http://heavy.com/news/2013/04/luka-magnotta-diagnosed-schizophrenia/

So I guess the question is, did LM stop seeing this doctor who wrote the letter for his court case after the trial and probation period was over? Therefore never having been prescribed these medications again? I can't quite get a handle on what medications he was supposed to have been taking between 2005-2012 and who was prescribing them, other than the Viagra which was issued by Dr Tan.

And my question about whether these drugs have any street value is related more to whether LM was getting prescriptions for these drugs and perhaps selling them as another source of income. Or was he himself abusing them to over-sedate himself. He sure looked over-sedated in that interview with Warmington. Or was that the effect he was trying to pull off as the mysterious 🤬🤬🤬🤬 actor/model extraordinaire who was definitely not dating Karla Holmoka. :giggle:

This also caught my attention about Seroquel

Overdose

An overdose on Seroquel is potentially fatal, and requires immediate medical attention.

The symptoms of an overdose include:
Drowsiness
Rapid Heart Beat
Hypotension
Hypokalemia
Arrhythmia
Fainting
*Coma*

Exactly ! :dunno:
Where are these doctors ? Who wrote him prescriptions ?
Where's the documented evidence of medical diagnoses ~ schizophrenia ?

* It was Dr Thuraisamy Sooriabalan who wrote the letter & prescribed the meds.

Yes well this time Dr Sooriabalan would have to show up with of all LM's medical records and testify himself, in person. A letter is just not going to cut it. So where is he? Does he have any medical records for LM or was he just taking his word for it too when he wrote that letter on his behalf for the court case back in 2005? As a favour to LM's father who was a patient perhaps? Now that would be a major issue for both the doctor and for the defense if true.

Of course he could always say that he purged those records when LM stopped coming to see him I suppose. Either way, it appears as though he is not on the witness list? Something wrong there IMO.
