Lots of mention of the kitten videos but I don't recall reading anything about the pics he took of the kittens dead,being 'used' ? The pics I saw I think would have been taken after his vacuum video as he seems to have same top on in video as in the pics......

Also noticed that the python vid and bath time vid were took in same apartment/place,vacum vid 'looks' to be somewhere else.The snake video posted above was called the aftermath video (just after it was fed).It wouldn't surprise me if other vids were made with snake........

According to this article, LM claims that this was in HIS apartment and that he was babysitting the snake....

Really? This is just nonsense. And where is the owner of the snake who asked him to "take care of it"? Where is ANYONE who knew LM? Where is the woman in that video? I can't believe that no one would come forward to speak to LE about their relationship with LM during this time. The only reason the one "client" was testifying is because they found his number on LM's phone. Apparently he was constantly getting new phones and perhaps didn't keep numbers in them? So they could only get in touch with numbers he had recently called or who had called him?

Here is a guy who was constantly creating havoc on the internet for attention and who was constantly on the move, constantly changing cell phones (likely burner phones?), using a VPN service on his computers, knowingly deleting information from one computer still in his possession and throwing the other one in the garbage along with the camera used for filming after committing a murder and uploading a snuff film to TOR.

But he "doesn't know why" he did any of these things. GMAFB :notgood:

He says he was forced to do these videos,he definatly does not look forced/worried/hesitant.....nothing.

The Montreal psychiatrist says Magnotta didn't know right from wrong on the day of the killing due to "active and intense psychotic symptoms."

The Crown argues the former actor is using his acting skills to avoid prison by faking psychosis.

Bouthillier says Magnotta is "malingering," a medical term for "intentional production of false symptoms."

The Crown says Magnotta meets at least three of the four criteria for malingering listed by the American Psychiatric Association.

Well I guess he was in another full blown psychosis during the making of that video and the one the next day where he drowned the other kitten. Because he claims Manny was there with him. And we know Manny may be a real person but he lives in New York. Where he's been left to abuse more young escort boys. Because LM can't seem to provide one stitch of evidence to get this guy locked up.
