Holy cow - this thread is moving faster than a speeding bullet, so just want to throw in one thought on where he might be before another 20 or so pages are added!

He won't fit in anywhere in Europe for any length of time due to language barriers. He was raised in Peterborough/Lindsay and is a high school drop-out? Too many people looking for him if he can only speak English. Have not heard he can speak French even though he was in Montreal.

I like the LE thought that he may have doubled right back to Canada after leaving - there is a saying that the best place to hide is in plain sight. He's not terribly smart but he ain't all that dumb either. He has the whole world watching him and he's far more familiar with Canada as a playground even if he has traveled elsewhere from time to time.

Can't wait to see who finds him - will not be surprised if it takes time. Everyone needs to watch their back imo.

I agree. The apartment he stayed at here is located in a multi-ethnic district and mostly anglophone. He was a hop and a skip to the metro and I'm guessing his hangout was downtown where again, he would have no problem with language.

I don't know if he speaks french but if he was only here for 4 or 5 months, I'm guessing not.

IMO he planned to murder and record it at least since Dec 2011 c/o that email to the Sun reporter. He seems to have been trolling for random men to kill off Craigslist in early May. I think it was just bad luck for poor Jun Lin that the Craigslist community rumbled Luka as a psycho and put up warnings, thwarting his plans.

Don't worry about that. The op confirmed that the link in anonymousgirl's cached post was to a blog, not a vid. So it was just advance promotion, not an actual video of Lin's murder or anyone else's. I mean, there *may* be others, but there was none posted on that link on the 15th. Just a preview of what was to come.

They reported him missing on the same day his torso was found. Not sure what date but last Tuesday was May 29th.

Correct ... they are saying the murdered on or about the 24th ...vids posted on 25th ... but narrative and commentary as early as May 15 ... don't forget foot and hnd were mailed and that would take a few days ... plus torso had maggots - thats 3-5 days ...

The caption on the photo at the link says he was reported missing on the 29th and text says two days before the torso was found. Where is the 22nd coming from?
